Pros: It’s my second time there. Once again everything was perfect.

Pros: Very good location. 10 minutes from DAFNI metro station, from where it’s only 4 stops to the Acropolis. Very clean. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly to messages. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay and will return. Loved the room and location.

Cool place for short term vacations in Athens

Pros: New apartment in a new house, modern bathroom, more or less like an hotel room. Everything very clean. Good location in Daphni with all amenities around, shops and restaurants and public transport just in short walking distance. Calm and friendly neighbourhood, situated in a modern, clean, but village-like district Possibility to enjoy the free view over Daphni from the rooftop ( free access) Free fast internet and internet tv, air conditioning, small balcony to the backyard ( in my case, there are some more smaller apartments with balconies to the roadside) If you come with your own car: only smaller streets around, limited parking space.

Cons: Personally nothing to complain

Nice and cosy room for a quite vacation

Pros: Good residential area to stay in the city with good peace of mind. It was calm and quiet. Check-in was without keys and using digital passcodes, and those worked very smoothly. There was nice coffee and tea sachet packets provided as if it was a regular hotel. They were very clear with their service and already mentioned that no room service will be there unless we are staying for a very long time. There is a 24/7 grocery shop nearby if you want to buy some food and drinks. Good bathroom with proper amenities was provided. The elevator was good but broken on the day of checkout.

Cons: The room had thin walls, and we could hear all the outside noise from other rooms and the street. The acropolis view from the rooftop isn't that great as shown in the pic, you can just spot it, thats all. But it doesn't really bother us, just putting it out for others to know if this was important for them.

Pros: very well communicated with centre, private bathroom, nice view from balcony, big bed, air conditioning in the room, lift in the building

Cons: we wanted to buy toilet paper in the vending area, but it wasnt refilled enough other than that it was very good

Pros: They have a really nice rooftop with view on Acropoli, which I discovered late, but you can use it to read or have a beer in the evening, in case you don't want to reach the City Center. The Metro, is 12 minutes walking distance. All is very clean and new and works perfectly. Everything is as they show and tell on the description. Also, the hairdryer is similar do Dyson. Washing machine and Iron at your disposal in the basement. Excellent choice and you spent nothing.

Good place to stay…

Pros: Room was clear and everything was as described… view from roof terrace was perfect for late dinner with your loved… always got place for car parking, even in late evening. Owner even manage to accept my early arrival and make room ready for us on morning… 10 of 10 for service!!!

Cons: Didn’t find light on terrace, but was candle on table 😃

Pros: Everything was amazing. The accent was easy, the room was super clean and comfy and there was a lot of free parking spaces around the building. I totally recommend it.

Best in Athens

Pros: We stayed at this accommodation for 7 nights and couldn’t have found a better option. The value for money is excellent. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, there’s plenty of storage space, and we especially appreciated the balcony with a drying rack for our clothes which we washed in the shared laundry room. The common areas are well-equipped for preparing simple meals. However, we would recommend adding a stovetop and perhaps a few more dishes to make the kitchen even more functional. That said, the current setup was more than sufficient for preparing our breakfasts. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and easy to navigate, with just a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Highly recomended!
