Modern Two-Bedroom Apartment In Kolonaki

Pros: Stunning spacious apartment in fabulous location and wonderful host

A most comfortable stay for our first trip to Athens conveniently within walking distance to major attractions!

Pros: The spaciousness of the flat, the layout, cleanliness of the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Also all the facilities were good for cooking in the kitchen (we didn’t but utensils and cookware were all there), including a coffee machine. I also liked the small touches of keeping sanitary napkins, pads in the bathroom :). It was also in a great location, within walking distance to the city centre and there was also a Carrefour express within 50 metres which was open till 10 pm at night (not on Sunday) making it really easy to get something if necessary

Cons: I wish they had a cleaning person coming in at least every other day. The dustbins in the bathrooms were small and for a family of 4 staying for 3 nights , it would have been nice to have the apartment cleaned at least once during our stay. I had forgotten to check this out and I would’ve liked to have this option even at an extra cost

Perfect property! Great for exploring Athens.

Pros: We had such a lovely stay in this property in June. The apartment was well appointed and clean with a brilliant location and all the amenities you could need. The host was communicative and friendly, making our stay really easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Pros: Wonderful spacious modern apartment in a quiet area and representative building. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, comfy living room, spotlessly clean bathrooms. The owner allowed early check-in, gave precise instructions. Our family had a perfect stay in this apartment. 100% recommend!

Super property for family or group of friends !

Pros: The location of the property was super - very convenient, safe and quiet ! The property was very comfortable, big living room and kitchen with brand new facilities. Loved the big TVs and extras (Netflix accounts etc).

Cons: Everything was great! Would come back again for sure!

Amazing and perfect place in Athen

Pros: super organized place! Amazing location and organized room. Highly recommend for staying Athen. Everything was easy to walk to access, even the supermarket. (like 1 min) Very quiet place and huge room. Highly recommend to stay with family.

Cons: shampoo was not enough for 3 nights. But it was fine.

Skutočne výnimočné ubytovanie (moderné, priestranné a s výbornou polohou). Odporúčame!

Pros: Mimoriadne milé a príjemné ubytovanie. Moderný a rozľahlý byt (naozaj pekná a veľká obývacia izba spojená s krásnou kuchyňou. Výnimočná je tiež poloha bytu - ku všetkým pamätihodnostiam je to skutočne na skok (do 15 - 20 minút). Odporúčame!

Cons: Nemáme žiadne pripomienky.

The perfect cool city retreat!

Pros: I liked everything! This apartment is excellent. It is very well located in a good area of Athens. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. There is a fantastic large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with two doors out to the balcony. There is a large wall mounted TV so connecting to Netflix is easy. There are two very good sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms and the air-conditioning is very effective in all rooms. Both bedrooms also have TV's so great if you're travelling with a teen that likes their own space! We slept very well and it is very quiet in the bedrooms. I honestly cannot fault this property. Also the host is very communicative and helpful. All excellent. Thank you so much. I would stay here again for sure :)
