Perfect studio, wonderful host
Pros: Excellent studio in a great location, close to all the main attractions of Athens, including cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed plus a very beautiful balcony. Yannis, the host, is superkind and and very helpful. Thank you once again, Yannis! We recommend your appartment with great pleasure.

Would definitely recommend. Great stay!
Pros: Location was great. Had everything we needed and snacks were a nice bonus. Host was really friendly and helpful.
Cons: Minor point but when using shower couldn’t avoid getting floor in bathroom wet as well. Not a problem though.

Very Heloful Host, Excellent Communucation
Pros: The Host was most obliging and helpful with unexpected issues, nothing to do with the apartment. The property was within walking distance of many ancient monuments. Loved snacks and good supply of coffee especially as shops closed on Sundays.
Cons: Even though towels and bedding were clean, there seemed to be lots of bleach marks, maybe time to upgrade? Expected toilet bins to be emptied daily but I am not experienced in Greek ways!

Brilliant apartment in great area
Pros: Great location, 5 minutes walk from Monastariki and Plaka, loads of restaurants and bars around but still quiet to get a good sleep. The balcony was a great space to sit and relax. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing.

Good Athens stay
Pros: The apartment is in a great location close to the train station ,buses and walking distance to many areas. The bed was comfortable,the studio has everything you'd need for a stay and there's a nice balcony. There are many appliances available and it's clean.Overall, it's a good place to stay in Athens and I would definitely recommend it.
Cons: Just a couple of things, but they didn't ruin my stay ; -The door was tough to unlock, takes some getting used to after a couple of tries. -if you have noisy neighbours you will hear them, the walls are thin. The area would get noisy at night but that didn't bother me as much as the noisy neighbours. -the toilet didn't have enough water to flush, I had to fill up the tank to be able to flush more than once a day - I think it should be listed on airbnb instead because there's no services like cleaning available (trash builds up, considering that toilet paper cant be flushed in greece, daily cleanup of the trash would be good) and fresh towels

A great stay in an amazing location
Pros: The location of this apartment is fantastic - lots of great bars, cafes, restaurants in the surrounding area but also a very short walk to all the tourist hotspots. Perfect for a long weekend. Yiannis was super helpful during our stay and provided some great recommendations while we were there too. Room has everything you would need including air con. Lovely little balcony too!
Cons: Nothing, we had a lovely stay.

Great communication with the owner, easy self-checkin.
Pros: Great communication with the owner who was very helpful, easy self-checkin. Safe location, short walk to Syntagma and Monastiraki tube stations. Close to vibrant streets with cafés and restaurants. We recommend Lou wine and bar for wine tasting. Quiet appartment, well equipped. We did not miss anything. Comfortable beds. A/C at place but was not needed.

Loved it!
Pros: We liked the apartment; it was in excellent location with a wonderful terrace. Since the nights were a bit chilly, there was an extra warm blanket in the apartment. Yiannis gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and all the additional information we needed.

A perfect holiday in a perfect location, close to the city square and all historic sites
Pros: I liked everything about the property - (1) the spacious and well-furnished balcony; (2) the spacious room(s); (3) the great location in the restaurant area; (4) the kitchen with excellent appliances; and (5) in Athens' summer, the roomy bathroom and shower and good air-conditioning. Add to that a great host, Yiannis (who runs an electric bike shop on the ground floor) and you have the perfect place to stay in Athens.
Cons: Everything was perfect. There was nothing to dislike.
