Centrally located appartement at great value for money

Pros: Location is very central, although it is on a noisy street (in the evening). The appartement is very comfortable and has everything essential. Host is very supportive and responsive

Comfortable apartment in a great location

Pros: The location of the apartment is fantastic, within walking distance of everywhere you want to explore as well as cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is wonderful, large open plan room which was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Everything available in the kitchen you would need. Bottle of water, wine and juice were all lovely welcome touches. Great communication from Yiannis.

Cons: While this property is in a great location within walking distance to everything unfortunately its location is also its downfall. We found it to be very noisy throughout the night (we did stay over a weekend so appreciate the volume may be elevated). Perhaps if something could be done with the windows / glazing this would help alleviate the noise somewhat.

Pros: It was a great experience !!! Nice flat in centre town, the host is very kind and helpful !!! The breakfast is excellent !!! Annie was a really lovely in only moment. Iannis too. I'd like to repeate !!!

Great place for everything you need and want.

Pros: Everything was great everything thought of. Breakfast was great, mix of fresh toast, pastries, cheese balls and samosa's and any coffee you prefer. Great location to anywhere you need to go fantastic restaurants, flea markets and tourist area's.

Cons: Toilet flushing was bad and you need to be comfortable with the people you travel with because you can hear everything your travel partner is doing but that's not down to the host.

So beautiful place!!

Pros: Everything, the owners are super friendly, the apartment is gorgeous, clean, modern, functional, open plan, spacious. Close to everything by foot, all the amenities, very good sleeping, welcome treats. We will come back for sure!

Cons: Not having staying more nights

Pros: The apartment location is really good. The space and facility also was good. The bathroom flash tank siphon was a little bit tricky to use and the shower area was a little bit small. The Host

Great well located apartment

Pros: The apartment is great, clean and comfortable, it also has things like kitchen utensils, seasonings, coffee and tea. Yiannis was a polite and helpful host, he send me all the information that I needed before my check in, he also did let me leave my suitcases in his place. The apartment is well located, but be mindful that can be quite noisy during the night as it is located in a central district, but Athens never sleeps so I didn’t mind it at all.

Cons: I have nothing to negative to add

A perfect, quiet, well equipped space shutting out the noise of Athens

Pros: Great communication, great location and spacious well equipped unit. We loved it, and really enjoyed meeting our host and staff at breakfast. They are really terrific people.

Pros: Cleanliness of the room, kitchen equipment including metal capsules and water in the fridge. Great breakfast and great communication.

Cons: The toilet seat was moving. The sofa bed did not hold in the correct position and was falling.
