Good hotel like quality and great host

Pros: Great location, very comfy bed, well thought hotel like items like quality shower gel, shampoo, towels, slippers. Owner gave nice reccomendations where to eat around the neighbourhood. Plus he was really nice allowing late check out (due to no booking day after).

Amazing stay!

Pros: We spent one night in Evan’s apartment in Athens, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and stylish. The neighborhood is fantastic: very central, lively, and close to everything. Evan was incredibly helpful and kind. When our ferry got cancelled due to a strike, he went out of his way to help us find another place to stay and even shared great local tips and his favorite spots in the area. We’ll definitely be coming back — 100% recommended!

Evan is a legend

Pros: Evan was amazing such a kind person who was very helpful! We needed help at 11pm and he was there in 5 mins a very genuine guy. Gave us lots of recommendations for bars restaurants etc. the room whilst small was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would want with a coffee machine and an iron. Absolutely amazing location near to restaurant bars airport and port with the v close metro station and not far from the acropolis!

Cons: WiFi wasn’t amazing but that is all

Pros: Clean and comfortable apartment with a nice view, with probably the best location possible. Very good restaurants and brunch places nearby as well as cocktail bars. Walkable distance to the main touristic sites, including the acropolis. Amazing host, kind and available to attend every need we had in order to make our stay in Athens as fruitful as possible.

Excellent!

Pros: Excellent location. Everything clean and new. Very responsive host, clear instructions and answered all questions in a very helpful way. Gave lots of suggestions for restaurants etc. Perfect for a stay in Athens. Quiet at night, secure building, lift to the 6th floor, view from the window. Great for a couple or a single traveller as a very safe neighbourhood.
