Fantastic Location

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Pan Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is fantastic — everything is within walking distance, making it very easy to explore the city. The minibar works very well and keeps drinks and other cold items properly chilled; we were able to store our cold products safely. Having an elevator is also a big advantage and made our stay even more convenient. If we visit Athens again, we would gladly stay here.

Pros: Friendly staff, easy check in. Great Room. Perfectly situated in the city center with lots of restaurants and bars close by.

Cons: Not a dislike but maybe have some cooked items for breakfast.

Location, service with a smile and very clean

Pros: This hotel is in a central location. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. They even upgraded us to a bigger room. We will definitely stay there again.

Pros: The staff were always on hand, the property very clean, breakfast was nice and varied, location fantastic, beds very comfortable, room size very good, shower excellent.

Pros: The location is an absolute winner and then it's breakfast which is really good and the ladies serving breakfast are very humble and generous. They made our days and took care of us very well.

Cons: The bathroom had issues and there was no lock for the bathroom, no stopper for the bathtub. It's really difficult to take a shower in the bathtub as we don't have another place for the same. Also however all the staff were very nice but one of them was a little rude.
