Great staff and location.
Pros: Great location off Syntagma Square. Good restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful with directions and booking taxis.
Cons: Would have been good to have those small milk cartons with the tea and coffee.

Overall, considering the price, it was good value for money and a nice place to stay
Pros: The hotel is located in a very good area, with most of the main attractions within walking distance. There are also many cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby, which made exploring the city very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made our stay pleasant.
Cons: The only downside was that the bathroom was relatively small and a bit inconvenient to use

Lovely Stay.
Pros: The breakfast was good, lot's of choices to make. The room is very clean. We were given a warm reception by the receptionist as we arrived late. He was welcoming. The kitchen staffs were also lovely.

Our stay at Amazon Hotel was comfortable, central, and truly exceeded our expectations.
Pros: We stayed at the Amazon Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The location in the heart of Plaka, just steps from Ermou Street, was perfect – everything is within walking distance. The upgraded room was spacious and spotless, the staff (especially the evening receptionist, Claudia I think) went above and beyond, and the included breakfast was fresh and satisfying. An excellent choice for anyone who plans to explore the city and wants comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
Cons: At Amazon Hotel, the only downside for us was that the bed was quite small for a couple – not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing.

A GEM IN THE HEART OF ATHENS
Pros: Τhe willingness and kindness of the staff was amazing. What ever happened girls in the reception even the people cleaning the room were so kind. I had to checkout early due to a family emergency and they were more than willing to help with all arrangements... Big Thank you.
Cons: My room and bath was a bit small but it was ok for couple of days. Still it was crystal clear clean.
