Emerald House Rooftop & Stylish Apartments In Central Athens

Pros: Close to the metro station, very comfortable, cosy and well-equipped apartment. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a 4-night stay.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, everything you need and even more. The location is excellent, with all major attractions nearby. We were also very grateful to the administration for being so understanding when we felt unwell and allowing us to extend our stay at a reasonable price. Many thanks for the great hospitality.

Pros: An excellent apartment and a great hosting experience. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The apartment felt comfortable from the first moment and fully met our expectations. The location is fantastic and ideal for exploring the city. Communication with the host was outstanding – quick, clear, and very helpful. Highly recommended. We would happily return in the future.

The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the Petralona metro station, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and all the main attractions of Athens. Despite being so central, the neighborhood has a charming and peaceful atmosphere that we loved. We were impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and hospitality throughout our stay. This is by far one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

Pros: Our stay at this property in the beautiful Petralona neighborhood was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a few minutes’ walk from the Petralona metro station, which made getting around Athens incredibly easy. The building is new, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The hosts took care of every detail and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their support and communication were excellent, and we truly felt looked after. We would gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens!

Perfect stay in Athens

Pros: Our stay at Emerald House was remarkable! Starting from the warm welcome from our host Dunja, who was always supportive and ready to answer any question we had and sort out any problem. The room was spacious, with big and comfortable bed, nice balcony, nicely equipped kitchen and a bathroom. We stayed there for 6 nights and each evening spent at the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The location is great, close to metro line and the bus number 35 stop - this line will take you to plenty of most important landmarks in Athens. The hotel is also very near Rouf station where you can take the train directly to the airport. The neighbourhood is also very nice and peaceful, with a number of shops and restaurants. We had a great vacation and we highly recommend this hotel and its great host Dunja. When we will come back to Athens we will certainly visit Emerald House again

Perfect place for a stay in Athens

Pros: A beautiful building in Petralona, a cool and central neighbourhood, with only a few minutes to the station and easy to get to from the airport. The apartment I booked was so lovely, beautifully decorated with such eclectic tiles, a cute balcony and it was really well stocked, too. The host is so lovely, super caring and responsive. It’s the perfect spot for a few days and I will make sure to book again when I return! Thank you for everything! :)

Pros: Tiny stuffy place, no natural sunlight or ventilation as windows face hallway of building only. no washing machine. Poor tv reception. There ist option of using rooftop terrace for fresh air. Hard to get in and out of bed as this is built between 2 walls with no room around it to get on or off it. Low value for money. Maybe bigger and pricier aparments in complex are better.(?) Friendly owner/host. Considerable distance to station (1 - 1.5 km)

Cons: Tiny place with no natural ventilation or natural light. This space may not qualify as an airbnb under new laws governing short term rentals, overpriced for what it is.
