Acropolis Monastiraki Newly Renovated Apartment

Pros: Brilliant location, about 3 min walk from the metro station. The view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing of the Acropolis. Quiet even though so central.

I would highly recommend this property.

Pros: The location is superb - right in the heart of Monastiraki with superb views.

Cons: Everything was just as advertised and the layout and comfort level is very good.

Excellent stay in Athens Center

Pros: Excellent location—one of the best in the city, with direct access to Athens’ main arteries and easy access to amenities and markets. Beautiful city views from the balcony, and an impressive 360° view from the rooftop, including Lykavittos Hill and the Parthenon (Acropolis). The refrigerator was stocked with basic breakfast items, cookies, and two types of coffee, which was a thoughtful and convenient touch.

Cons: For longer stays, it would be helpful to provide an additional set of towels, including hand towels. During winter, towels take longer to dry, so a second set would make the stay more comfortable. The apartment was generally clean upon arrival; however, refreshing the epoxy floor could improve the overall impression, as its current condition makes it appear worn or constantly dirty despite being cleaned.

Had a great time in Athens

Pros: Nice and clean with nearly every thing you could want. Great views from roof top to the acropolis and a good area for food/bars and shopping . Yiannis very helpful as well.

Cons: N/a

Pros: Close to everything. They stocked a little food for breakfast, which was a lovely bonus even though we didn't use it this trip. Great rooftop view. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. They even had sunscreen and body wash and shampoo, so everything you might need or forgot in your packing was there. Nice little bonuses. The hosts father, Yiannis, who picked us up and checked us in, was lovely and informative. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The only issue I could say was that we got locked in the building when we left. We left the keys in the apartment, but someone had keyblocked the entrance to the apartment, and we had to wait for someone to come along to unlock it. It could have been a safety issue. It could have made us late for our flights. We noticed lock boxes outside. This would be a suggestion for the owners to get one and have some check out instructions. Otherwise, we have zero issues to say about this place!

Fantastic find

Pros: Location is fantastic, can't do better right in the heart. Amazing view of the acropolis make sure to check it out at night, the hosts are amazing had a great chat with their father such a nice guy, could not be more helpful

Pros: Well equipped and well provisioned modern unit with a great view from the rooftop. The host (Anna) was extremely helpful.

Pros: Great location, great roof terrace view and nice private balcony

Cons: Could do with an electric toaster. Hard seats inside

Pros: The apartment was so central and yet so peaceful. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had an amazing balcony and roof terrace. The owners were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for you, even had a fridge of essentials. Absolutely amazing stay. Thank you Yanniss and your family for allowing us to stay at your lovely holiday apartment ❤️

Cons: Nothing everything was perfect

Pros: We loved everything about this apartment. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, perfect location, close to metro train and walking distance to everything. Yiannis was the perfect host and even drove our daughter to airport. Highly recommended.
