LIV - Captivating Apartment in Pagrati

Generally good

Pros: The property appears recently redecorated to a good standard and appears generally clean. The beds were comfortable in both bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms both equipped with toilet, sink and shower. There is a lift, but you first have 7 steps to go up, in order to get to it. The flat is on the 2nd floor, it has a balcony and clothes drying rack. The washing machine, toaster, oven and kettle are functional (didn't test the dishwasher, stove or coffee maker as well only stayed for 2 nights). All in all a good stay and we didn't need to contact the host for any issues, so I can't rate the customer service. Although they were quite responsive in communications about check in and check out. There was water in the fridge.

Cons: It seems partly unfinished. I would have preferred them to not have random wires popping out of the wall, or a piece of tile that had come off the bathroom door. Crockery and cutlery appeared stained. Not sure if this was due to having been washed in the dishwasher, but I washed everything before use regardless. I didn't use the dishwasher, as I didn't have a dishwashing tablet, there was only 1 under the sink and I didn't want to use their last one. The oven tray had some residue from whatever was previously baked so I definitely had to wash that before use. There was only one coffee pod provided for the coffee machine and no salt/pepper or kitchen towel (there was paper kitchen roll though). There was no basket to get clothes out of the machine in order to transport them outside to hang to dry. There was no vacuum cleaner to hoover the floors before leaving. So only a few minor things, but had these not been there, this could have been an easy 10. Also I felt the price was high for what it is.
