Definitely recommend if you’re a first-timer in Athens! The location makes getting around so easy, and the owner was ver

Pros: I loved that it was only one level down (basement level), which made managing our luggage much easier. The location is fantastic — about a 10-minute walk to the metro, with the option to walk to many of the famous sites if you enjoy a nice stroll. There are also bus options, though I recommend metro. It’s very close to supermarkets and restaurants, so everything you need is nearby.

Cons: Nothing major — just a few minor inconveniences. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong, which could be an issue for remote work, even my travel eSIM struggled to connect, possibly due to the basement level. We were three people, and the fold-out sofa wasn’t very comfortable, so I would say the space is better suited for two guests as the double bed is very comfortable.

Great value. Comfortable stay.

Pros: Everything's as advertised. Very well equipped for seven longer stay (iron, washing, drying, fridge, microwave, ac, coffee, internet, TV). Central location with everything important reachable on foot. The apartment feels like recently renovated and modern with burglary‑proof door. Neighborhood felt safe anyways. It's in a semi-basement so it's not much natural light and humidity can be of an issue if drying clothes without the dryer machine but it was really not an issue for us and eventually we found dying machine to solve those issues quite efficiently. You could see that the owner puts lots of attention to many details to make sure the guests have all they need and fell comfortable there. I'd definitely come here again.

Cons: Nothing to complain really, it's a great value for the money.
