We had a very comfortable and real Greek experience

Pros: So well designed for a smaller apartment Beautiful windows Big balcony Just like the authenticity Decent size shower Enjoyed the Koukaki neighbourhood as away from tourists and much more local experience The manager was so awesome allowing us early check in. This is incredibly helpful for us

Cons: Neighbours adjacent balconies infested with pigeons and having a feeling of being abandoned The bathroom has a water seal failure on the floor waste gully next to the toilet. This needs repair as there is a distinct sanitary odour eminating from the combined stack.

Pros: The host was amazing! I told her that it was my partners birthday and she organised a surprised for us. There were so many balloons, cake and Prosecco waiting for us. Also if there was anything I needed, she came and helped straight away. She was always very responsive to my messages. Had a lovely stay. Only issue was the location was a bit further from the centre than we expected. We had to get a bus into the centre and the traffic is always bad.

Pros: Ideal location. Walking distance to every major attractions. Market next door and Strakastruka bar on the opposite side of the street (for heavy/rock people) Everything worked perfectly and Dino was a great host. Would definetly stay there again, if travelling in Athens.

Fantastic stay.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment is serviced daily, and breakfast foods are also restocked, along with bottled water and juices. Dino's was fabulous at keeping up with communications and allowed a late check out which worked well for us.

Wonderful place to explore Athens like locals

Pros: Very nice host that helped us whatever we needed. We really liked the location - close to everything and still not too crowded by tourists. There are a lot of nice coffees, bakeries and restaurants around. The apartment is well furnished and we really liked the separation between the rooms, it helped us a lot considering the fact that we were with a one year old baby, and we had a separate balcony and our room to be on when he slept in the living room.

Cons: The shower - some things can be replaced by a new one. A place to hang small towels and broken toilet brush. The breakfast could be richer, maybe to add some croissants or bagels.

Pros: !Everything was perfect On the first day I arrived in the evening. Dinos was waiting for me outside the building with a big smile, and carried the suitcase for me. When I arrived at the apartment, the staff made sure in advance that the air conditioners worked, they turned on the boiler for me, there were bottles of cold water and food products in the refrigerator and I received an explanation from Dinos about the operation of the apartment, including televisions and Netflix. During the entire stay, the staff was in daily contact with me, and made sure that the apartment was clean and pleasant. I was very touched that the manager made sure I returned safely from the concert very late at night. Highly recommended!
