Pros: The flat is pretty and cute, recently renovated, and well equipped. The balcony looks to the inner courtyard, It's sunny all day there and quiet-peaceful also, so if you feel like, you can enjoy the sun at home or just put clothes out to dry. We had a good breakfasts in the balcony every morning! The flat is very quiet, we slept well. We found everything we needed around the neighborhood. Downstairs, close to the entrance, we could buy freshly made fruit juice as well, and there are 2 pharmacies just 1 minute walk from the apartman if you need anything. It's also very-very close to the metro, junction of 2lines-it's easy to go anywhere from there- Arcopolis, Piraeus port, Archoilogical museum, olypic park, Hadrian's library etc.. so the most important attractions are easily reachable. We had a wonderful time in Athens, and we're greatful to find the super flat! Thanks!

Fonctionnel et élégant, très agréable, très bien situé.

Pros: Très facile d'accès et très central : on peut aller et venir entre les destinations les plus intéressantes de jour comme de nuit en quelques minutes à pied. Grand appartement aux belles proportions, meublé avec goût et très bien équipé. On y passe volontiers du temps. L'ambiance est vraiment différente de la plupart des locations standards. Immeuble très silencieux, agréable.

Cons: L'appartement est formidable, mais j'ai mis un peu de temps à comprendre où se situait l'adresse (à l'intérieur d'un vaste passage entre deux rues), et à ouvrir la boîte à clé dans une semi-obscurité. Mais ce n'est pas vraiment un problème. Les instructions de l'hôte étaient très claires, une fois que je les aies reçues.
