Central and Comfortable Studio

Pros: Clear instructions for Self Check-In. Clean Place. Big Studio with all the facilities. Clean bathroom with washing machine. Quite in the night. Around 15 minutes walking to Akropolis.

Cozy spot in Koukaki

Pros: Super nice position. The studio is exactly like in the pictures, perfect for 1-2 people. Very clean and comfortable bed and pillow. The communication with the host was super fast, and he was always ready and open for suggestions about Koukaki area

Pros: Excellent attention, great location, beautiful and confortable place.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host Immediate neighbourhood is quiet. Nightlife is quite active just two streets away, especially Friday to Sunday, and it is hard to avoid as they are on the way towards Acropolis and other historical attractions. Excellent for young couples, might not be so ideal for families with little children.

Cons: Washing machine was one of the reasons we chose this place, but it had very strong cigarette smell when we opened the top lid, ended up not using it. Luckily, a coin-operated laundromat 7min walk.

Pros: Great apartment which was clean and comfortable. There was lots of space which we loved and a kitchen.

Cons: Only negative is that it’s a bit far from the main area but if you don’t mind walking it’s fine.

All very good. We would stay there again.

Pros: The apartment is 1 km away from the Acropolis, in a quiet area. It is clean and modern and the double bed is very comfortable. Gregory is a very nice person and a very good communicator, he answered immediately all our questions and messages and booked us a taxi. Easy check-in and out.

Cons: The sofa bed is may be not that comfortable to sleep on.

Pros: A lovely clean and comfortable studio in a great neighborhood. Personal touches like some gorgeous cinnamon cookies that the host, Grigoris', mother made. Comfortable large bed, quiet all night. What a gem!

Pros: Gregory is a great host! Very kind, helpful. We could count on him for everything during our stay here. The studio is impeccable. Equipped with everything and clean. I recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart. We will choose Gregory's studio next time we come, that's for sure .

Pros: I can only confirm everything that has already been said. The place is spotless and has everything you need. The location is perfect. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the Acropolis or less than a 10-minute walk to the metro station. From there, you can get anywhere else easily. Three minutes away is a street packed with wonderful little bars and pubs, as well as a great bakery. There's also a discount store nearby. Gregory is discreet and efficient. We only met briefly, but we coordinated perfectly via text message thanks to his quick, precise responses. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for unbeatable value just minutes from the city center.

Pros: It was our first time visiting Athens, and the apartment’s location was very convenient—easily accessible from the airport by metro. Our host Gregory provided detailed information before our arrival and was always attentive to our comfort throughout the stay. The apartment was fully prepared, and the homemade treats were absolutely delicious (kudos to the chef! :) ). The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom were all more than sufficient and very comfortable. Spending time on the terrace was also a real pleasure. On our departure day, we really appreciated the flexibility the host provided. If we return to Athens, we will definitely stay in this apartment again.
