Cosy quiet corner in Athens in a really nice neighbourhood
Pros: Everything worked well for us. It was roomy, kitchen had good facilities and well equipped. Bedrooms are a good size. Wifi worked really well. It was a quiet location. The rooms face into a courtyard with neighbouring apartments, so no street noise and feels private. The air conditioner worked well. Great non-touristy location. Well stocked supermarket next door. We could walk to all of the sites we wanted to see.
Cons: Parking is a challenge but that is the case for Athens generally and you have to be patient. Once we found a park in a nearby street, we didn’t move the car until we left Athens, which worked really well.

Super nice trip
Pros: Beds were comfy, the location was super nice, we had a supermarket and coffee shop ( a good one) at the ground floor, 2 tv's, super hot water, the location was like 30 min by foot from the city center through the national gardens.

Pros: It was clean and space enough We stayed only 1 night and did not use the apartment except for sleeping which was fine We found coffee and sugar but little milk would be nice and small bottle of water for each could do

Cozy and comfortable with good facilities
Pros: The apartment is located in a quite neighbourhood, walking distance from the attractions and with good connectivity by bus. There’s a supermarket in the next building and good eateries a little distance away. The apartment was clean, good bathroom with washing machine, balconies with provision to dry clothes, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Yannis was very supportive and promptly responded to whatever little queries we had. There’s a lift also. Our family of four (kids aged 13 & 16) had a nice comfortable stay there. I would absolutely stay there again if visiting Athens.
Cons: Nothing…everything was good.

Great place close to the center, ideal for a vacation in Ageny
Pros: The apartment is located close to the most important places in Athens. To the metro station - about 20 minutes walk through the Botanical Garden. About 20 minutes walk to the stadium or around the Acropolis. Under the apartment there is a market where you can buy everything you need, also under the apartment there is a Fabrica di Cafe with delicious coffee. In the area there are a lot restaurants, bakeries, cafes. The apartment has everything you need during your trip - a well-equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, oven, toaster, coffee maker, frying pan, pot), there are cleaning products, an iron, washing machine, and a hair dryer. There is air conditioning in every room. Very good contact with the owner. I recommend. We spent a wonderful vacation there without worrying about anything 😌

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—close to all the key attractions in Athens while still being in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great local tips and responding quickly to any questions.I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens and would love to stay here again in the future!
