Supreme D1 Penthouse 131m² in Syntagma

Pros: The apartment is perfect, very clean, and spacious. It's in a great location, close to all the tourist attractions everything is within a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment is also near Ermou Street, which is always busy with people, shops, and you can find excellent restaurants and bars in every alley. Bill was very kind and approachable, and he responded immediately whenever we needed anything. Our stay in Athens was excellent and very enjoyable, and I hope we’ll return to Bill and George’s place. Highly recommend it!

Perfect location. Comfortable accommodation. Let down by a few issues.

Pros: Great location - 14 minute walk to Acropolis Museum, 10 mins to the National Gardens, 7 mins to Syntagma Square; 4 mins to Maria Callas Museum; mini mart one block away; restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Spacious and light, with all the mod cons - air con, microwave, cooktop & oven, drip filter coffee pot, washer, iron, etc. Beds were comfortable. The large retractable awning on the balcony with a remote control was a nice touch. Photos on Booking.com reflect reality. Bill & George are the perfect, very helpful, managers.

Cons: WiFi was atrocious and frustratingly slow. The shower floor needs a good scrub. A few more wine glasses would help - the kitchen is fitted out with the barest of essentials. There are 15 rather narrow stairs from the street entrance to the lift lobby. The rooftop is covered with concrete pavers and is currently an uninviting wasteland - it could be transformed with a few planter boxes and a few sun lounges.

Highly recommended, we'll be back.

Pros: best location in town, quiet street right in the center of all shopping bars and restaurants. i could not ask for a better location. the Pentheus is amazing very clean & modern with my experience the team is exceptionally communicative and super helpful, do not think twice about this one

Pros: We loved the area. Very central but not a busy alley. Nice little local restaurant nearby. Easy to get anywhere! Very kind and cooperative hosts. Big apartment with very nice balcony. very private access. Note that there are steps to reach the elevator.

Athens first time family holiday

Pros: Lovely apartment in quiet street, couple of restaurants (Mexican, vegan, falafel, fish n chips, juice bar, icecream shop) in same street/close by. Able to walk to most places like Acropolis with in 20mins. Ermou street one block away. Sytagnma station 10-15min walk. All facilities were available to self cater. Washing machine available and clothes dried on balcony in less than 30mins (due to extreme heat experienced) Shower pressure was great, beds comfortable. Owner readily contactable via Whatsapp or booking.com messages. Easy self check in/out No issues for us but entrance has large flight of stairs to get to lift. Garbage needs to be dropped off 1 short block away.

Cons: No real issues, just some basic feedback View was of rooftops and walls, no real view of city unless perhaps from rooftop which we did not go on. No broom to give floor quick sweep if staying for long period nor pegs to hold clothes on drying stand if putting out on balcony when windy.
