Very good choice

Pros: Excellent location. Clean bedroom. Comfortable mattress. Nice shower water pressure. Smart tv was awesome to have.

Cons: Just a small thing the fridge monitor was making a noise and on Sunday morning the shop downstairs was making construction work from 7 am.

Pros: Excellent location, good apartment, everything you need in the apartment.

Cons: There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable.

Pros: The position. Everything was new and clean. The mattress was comfortable. The shower was big and there was an hairdryer.

Cons: The building was very noisy and dirty. The neighbours at 8 am put the TV at max volume and you can’t sleep. The elevator didn’t work every time. The bed was really short ( I am 180cm and my feet were outside it). There was no space to put stuff other than one little shelf. There was no wardrobe and no window except the one in the bathroom where no sunlight could enter.

Pros: Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Αθηνας με άμεση πρόσβαση σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες: μετρό, λεωφορεία, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, καταστήματα, αξιοθέατα. Άνετο, καινούριο, καθαρό διαμέρισμα.

Cons: Το γεγονός ότι δεν είχε παράθυρα! Μόνο ένα άνοιγμα στον φωταγωγό, στο μπάνιο.

Ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό όμως σε σχέση με την τιμή του περιμέναμε κάτι καλύτερο.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν Ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό.

Cons: Δεν υπάρχει κανένα παράθυρο στο δωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα να είναι αποπνικτικό. Υπάρχει στο αποχωρητηριο ένα παράθυρο το οποίο όμως ανοίγει σε φωταγωγό. Η πολυκατοικία είναι παλιά. Το ασανσέρ είναι προβληματικό και ανοίγει ανισόπεδα με το πάτωμα και αυτο το καθιστά επικίνδυνο. Ακόμη 2 φορες δεν δούλευε καθόλου με αποτέλεσμα να ανέβουμε στον 4ο όροφο με τα πόδια.
