A pleasant place to stay.
Pros: It's a very comfortable place to stay when needing an overnight stay between flights. Much more personable than the airport hotels and much cheaper to. It is worth while letting the owner arrange a taxi transfer as it is much cheaper than picking one at the airport. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked inviting. I'd stop again if I needed somewhere close to the airport.

Amazing
Pros: Cozy and comfortable great amenities. Host left next days breakfast preparation for us. This was worth it as we had to leave at 5 AM for our flight.
Cons: Remote area but it was ok considering we didn’t have a plan to go anywhere

Unique Stopover
Pros: I love the decor of the room. Very unique. The grounds were beautiful. I only stayed for one night as a stopover but would have loved to stay longer with the pool area. The restaurant on the property was stunning and had incredible food. The Moussaka was amazing! The hosts were lovely. I arrived late in the evening and they were more than happy to serve me dinner on arrival. I would recommend staying here.
Cons: I would have liked to pay for the stay on booking.com They require payment at the property, which I would not have minded, but I forgot and did not have any cash. They only have card facilities down at the restaurant.

A comfortable stay in a beautiful setting.
Pros: The room, including the bed, was very comfortable. We loved the decor too. The grounds at Villa Vravrona are lovely - a bit of an oasis in what appeared to be largely a working, rural area. Unfortunately, the weather had turned on our one full day there so we were unable to do the sunbathing / swimming we had planned, BUT we had the large covered area by the pool to ourselves, which was very peaceful. We ate at the onsite bistro on both nights we were there, the owners having confirmed, prior to our arrival, that they had a fish dish available (I don't eat meat). Christina in the restaurant was lovely, and very efficient, both preparing and serving food, which was of a high quality.
Cons: This wouldn't have been an issue in other rooms but we stayed in the Gallery Room (in the basement) and, whereas we liked the room, the barking dogs (both from neighbours, and strays in the road outside) late into the night meant we needed to use earplugs to be able to sleep. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Vravrona and all our needs were met, but we did find communication wasn't always straight forward. Whereas one message we sent via Booking.com was answered very quickly, one took 3 days, and one wasn't answered at all. Especially as people tend to stay at the Villa at the start or end of their trips, a daily check on incoming messages would help greatly. Thank-you!

Pros: The backyard was awesome. Nice setting and view. Beautiful pool for swimming and table tennis. Breakfast was provided in the room in the fridge, and it was very good. The owner even ordered takeaway for us on the phone and had it delivered as the restaurant was closed.
Cons: The continual barking dogs. The planes flying in. Was chased by dogs when l tried to go for a walk outside the property.

Charming, comfortable and convenient. Wonderful hosts.
Pros: The charm of the room was beautiful and tastefully styled. The breakfast supplies were delicious. The bed and the room were very comfortable and charming,
Cons: Looking for accomodation close to Athens airport is tricky. The hosts helped organise taxi transfer but it is still 25 Euro to get there and for early morning departure it is 35 euro. Great taxi though and better than getting train into Athens for a short overnight stay

Very good, great value for money and close to Athens airport for a stop over stay.
Pros: how cosy the room was, the in room self serve breakfast with home made cookies and donuts, the swimming pools, gardens and bistro were a bonus but I did not use them much on this occasion. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The property was well sign posted once off the main roads.
Cons: some one could have answered the contact number when I tried calling to get extra directions. I had to search for the owner on arrival and ask other guests where she was, even though I had said what time I would be arriving. Not great to find in the dark as it is off the beaten track, but it was well sign posted and google maps got me there.
