Modern, well equiped flat with perfect location.
Pros: Location was perfect, next to the Acropolis. Shops, restaurants are around the flat. The meeting points for guided tours are just in the next corner. The flat is well equiped, comfortable.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

Location, location !
Pros: We asked Raphael to organise taxi for us from airport. Kostas, taxi driver, contacted us before hand with instructions, so pick up was very smooth. Raphael had send us instructions how to find the key which was very easy. Apartment itself is lovely and has everything one needs. Bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. Location of the property is excellent, everything is either on your doorstep or walking distance away. From the rooftop you have beautiful view of Acropolis. You can take table and chairs up to enjoy view. Apartment was very quiet and because cars are not allowed the area, there was no car noise nor pollution. Definitely good value for money.
Cons: As everywhere in Athens you can’t put toilet paper into toilet. If you feel weird putting paper directly into the bin next to toilet, take baby’s nappy bags with you to resolve issue.

A magical few days in Athens with great accommodation and wonderful hosts
Pros: Spacious with everything you need for a fun few days. The roof terrace (lift all the way) with amazing views is a great place to share a glass of wine (chairs provided in the apartment) after a busy day sightseeing. Sylvia and Raphael were over and above helpful. So close to everything; metro and museum straight across the street with restaurants and shops on the doorstep.
Cons: Nothing - it’s perfect.

Just fabulous!
Pros: 1. Location is absolutely fantastic - it is right across Acropolis Museum and walkable to Acropolis. 2. Apertment is clean and has everything one can look for during a stay - including a fully functional kitchen and washing machine. 3. Very quiet apartment despite being in a busy location. 4. Host is spectacular. She communicated clearly, and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Allowed me to check-in at 1:30 pm after a long 18 hour flight which was so helpful. 5. I love traveling, and usually find one or two things problematic with any apartment and have come to accept its the reality of booking an apartment. There was not a single thing I found problematic about this apartment. I would rate it the best apartment I have stayed in Europe.
Cons: I liked everything. Honestly there is nothing I can suggest to make the experience better. I hope to stay here again if I come back to Athens.

Great space in a great location!
Pros: The apartment is great for a family and in a great location! We were very pleased with the facilities and location. If we had been there longer the kitchen and washing machine would have been amazing to use!
Cons: Having to turn the water heater on 30 minutes before showering was very inconvenient after a long day of sight seeing and trying to get kids in bed. It also didn’t provide enough hot water in that time for 4 people, so we had a couple of cold showers each night. Without this issue, I would have given the property a 10/10!

The best place to discover ancient Athens from
Pros: The location of the apartment is fantastic: 20m from the Acropoli metro station, but the flat is absolutely silent thanks to modern windows and doors. The apartment is fully renovated and clean, equipped with everything. Located on the second floor, but reachable by elevator as well. Must see the sunset over the Acropolis from the roof! There is a supermarket in 2-ish minutes of walking as well as numerous restaurants with both Greek and international options available, including vegetarian, if necessary. Raphael, the host, is very kind, available for questions and generally super helpful.
Cons: When arriving, we had some difficulty finding the apartment keys, but with Raphael's help we got them in a few minutes. The apartment was also missing one set of bedheets and towels when arriving, but they brought it to the flat within an hour without us having to ask for it, as they recognized the issue themselves.
