A good base in central Athens
Pros: Well set up for a small studio. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower at floor level, air conditioned, good kitchenette, dining area, wardrobes, laundry facilities, balcony with table and chairs. Good location for walking to Metro, restaurants and sightseeing locations. Excellent host, provided helpful information on the area. Responded quickly to any queries
Cons: Building (not the apartment) entrance area is old and run down which belies the standard of the apartment

Pros: Great loaction! Spacious and modern appartment with all the necessary amenities. The communication with the host was very easy through booking and all instructions provided were very helpful. A bonus to our stay: the host managed to accomodate an earlier check-in for us :-)
Cons: Minor negative detail the cleanliness of the appartment. The towels and the bed linen were super clean but the overall cleanliness of the appartment seemed done rather superficially with dust floating aroound and some spider nets in the corners. If this point is improved then they could easily get 10/10!

Pros: We had a amazing stay in this studio apartment during our trip to Athens. It had a brilliant location that was close to many shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. It was a 5 minute walk to syntagma square which is the central hub of athens. It was also close proximity to monastiraki square and plaka which are lovely neighbourhoods close to the Acropolis which is 15-20 minutes away by foot. We were able to walk all around the city by foot and could get the train to and from airport from syntagma square. The apartment has great amenities such as washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, Tv, air conditioning. It had large wardrobes and a very comfy bed. It was clean and very spacious with a large balcony. The host Liroy was very friendly and attentive and had reached out several times before and during our stay with recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Athens

Location, location, location
Pros: The apartment was in a perfect location. Very central and quite. It had everything you need to feel at home away from home. The owner was very available and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: There was no view to the Acropolis as the name of the apartment implies.

Great Athens Location.
Pros: Location was very good - close to Syntagma and Monistiriki. Room was large and well equipped. Liroy was very helpful and friendly. A great stay.
Cons: A bit of general maintenance on the fixtures and fittings - loose screws on bathroom fittings, etc. Nothing a few minutes with a screwdriver cant fix.
