Helen's Welcoming & cozy flat

Pros: Very comfortable place to stay before an early flight.

Helen was our angel, cozy yet spacious!

Pros: Helen went above and beyond picking us up at the airport at 1am when the transport people were on strike. Incredibly kind. The flat was cute and spacious and Helen also provides some items for the fridge and kitchen for you, far too kind! We had a late arrival and a morning departure. Helen’s was perfect for this.

Cons: Blinds could block out more light.

Great location for early flights, excellent hospitality.

Pros: The best thing about this stay was the distance from the airport. I chose it because my flight landed at 1 am, and with my bad luck, taxis were on strike until 6 am that morning. There were no Ubers, no FreeNow, no taxis available at all. Thankfully, Helen was so kind and came to pick me up! The apartment is only about 10 minutes away from the airport, which meant I could actually get some sleep and wake up rested the next day. From there, it was easy to take the metro into the city center, instead of paying around €40 for an Uber. Helen is such a nice and helpful person, and I really appreciated her hospitality.

Cons: There is no public transportation very close to the apartment. Even if you take a bus, you’ll still have to walk about 25 minutes to get there. That said, Helen is a really nice and helpful person, and her hospitality made my stay much easier.

Pros: It was perfect, the owner was waiting for us when we arrived late, and the accomodation was bigger and nicer than we expected. It is 7 min drive from the airport and we prebooked an uber, so it was extremely easy in terms of logistics.

Cons: Nothing, was great!

Fantastic flat right near the airport with a wonderful host!

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect for my one night stay before catching an early flight the next morning. Helen is so friendly!!! And kind!!! And the little extras like coffee, eggs, and figs from her garden were an added bonus. The bed was super comfortable and I highly recommend this property!!!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Very nice people, I was there with my 2 daughters, I felt really safe and they helped me save some money on the taxi by offering to drive us back to the airport in the morning. Thank you guys so much! I will definitely be booking again if I ever step back in Athens!

Pros: Stayed for one night. Perfect if you need easy access to the airport. Good size for a family of four. Clean and very friendly host.

Helen is very welcoming and it was fun to see the planes fly above my head.

Pros: Helen was available to pick me up from the airport (10 euros), she was extremely welcoming and there was some basic food and fresh fruits in the flat so I can snack (there are no store at walking distance). The ride to the airport is very fast (5 to 10 min) and stressless. Of course, the flat is near the airport so we can hear the planes, but the house is lovely and I slept beautifully.

Cons: If Helen is not available for pick up, it's preferable to use an Uber than a taxi which cost me 17 euros for a 5 min ride.

My hub place in Athens

Pros: Everything! This is the perfect place if you need something next to the airport! It was very clean. I arrived at 4 am in the morning and the owner was waiting for me. She had prepared things for the breakfast for the next day, as I was hitting the road again. It has a safe parking within the property for a car.

Cons: Nothing! I like everything

Pros: The host left fresh eggs and other products for breakfast. The location to get to airport is perfect, you can take Uber to get to airport.

Cons: The plains are actually flying over your heads. If expect to be quit place, it would not. But it is also interesting experience:)
