Pros: The size of the flat is good. The bed is big and comfy. Nice touch of having fruit, biscuits and a selection of tea and coffee available. Very accommodating host in terms of checking in time.

Ideal comfortable stay with great host

Pros: Helen was extremely helpful, polite and professional at all times, going above and beyond to be helpful.

Cons: Nothing really - the close proximity to the airport is very convenient but there was nothing around. However she was extremely helpful to assist eg placing order for pizza delivery.
