Sea view apartment 100m from the beach

Super worth it!

Pros: The owner was super flexible and made himself available for our late arrival from France. This was super convenient. It’s closed to a supermarket and nice coffee shop.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The location was amazing. Out of the tourist area in a quiet neighbourhood. The closest beach was perfect for an early morning or evening dip. The apartment has a lot of personality and was very clean. Lovely large veranda. Would be best for people travelling in a car.

Pros: You have a nice view from the balcony. Apartment is pretty spacious besides the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. You have a well equipped kitchen and good coffee. A good hair dryer. It’s pretty close to the sea and shops. The host was very friendly, she even let us make a late check out on Easter Sunday as per our flight was late in the evening.

Cons: The bathroom is kinda small and you have to hold the shower in your hand, this can get complicated if you have to wash your long hair. And a bit more attention to cleanliness would be better.

Venue exceeded our expectations

Pros: I stayed in the property with family for 3 nights to get away from the buzz of the city. The property is located in a crossroad between a variety of sandy beaches, restaurants and the freeway. Apart from its excellent location, the house amenities were ample and the host had made sure that the place was equipped to the smallest detail, some of which we had not even expected or anticipated. The beds were super comfortable and all main rooms were very clean and fully air-conditioned. Access to a large balcony with a view was a plus. Communication with the host was great. We will be returning in the future.

Pros: Super, great value, stay in the area with superb balcony and sea view. All you need is close by: transport, supermarket, beaches, etc.

Pros: The owner, Dismothenis, was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. His flat is cosy with a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing view of the sea. It's very close to the beach and to the center of Saronida. I would highly recommend!

Perfekte Lage für das Urlaubsende

Pros: Ideale Lage zum Poseidontempel und zum Flughafen Athen. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Super Taverne in der Nähe, ca. 600 Meter entfernt.

Cons: Die obere Familie war sehr laut. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Aber in der Nacht war es dann leise.

Pros: Ωραία θέα, πολύ μεγάλη βεράντα με τέντες, ευγενικός και πρόθυμος ο ιδιοκτήτης. Με κλιματιστικά και δύο μεγάλες επίπεδες τηλεοράσεις. Μου έκανε εντύπωση ότι είχε ένα μεγάλο γυάλινο βάζο γεμάτο με δωρεάν κάψουλες εσπρέσο για την μηχανή που ήταν στη κουζίνα και ότι είχε μπουκάλια με διαφορά ποτά δωρεάν στο σαλόνι. Εμείς δεν ηπιαμε ποτα, ούτε φτιάχναμε και εσπρέσο αλλά μου έκανε εντύπωση η απλοχεριά του ιδιοκτήτη προς τους ενοικιαστές. Καθαρό διαμέρισμα με ξεκούραστα στρώματα και μαξιλάρια. Το προτείνω.

Cons: Η έλλειψη ασανσέρ γιατί είναι στον δεύτερο όροφο, αλλά κατανοώ ότι η Σαρωνιδα εχει σπίτια καθαρά παραθεριστικα χωρίς ασανσέρ.

Pros: Это ,не отдых лакшери,но если вы хотите узнать ,как живут обычные люди в Греции,это сюда. Квартира обставлена со вкусом,любовью и заботой ,а ней много аутентичных вещей ,которые вы не встретите дома . Два кондиционера ,в спальне и гостиной ,большая терасса с видом на море .До пляжа, кафе и магазинов 10 минут пешком,так что даже отсутствие авто ,не помешает хорошо отдохнуть .Вода,напор прекрасный,интернет замечательный ,есть всё необходимое и даже с избытком ))) Прекрасный хозяин,который поможет с любой проблемой Спасибо за отдых

Cons: Не нашли электрический чайник ))) воду кипятили в кастрюле). Греческие комары-самые злые )))
