Exceptionally helpful staff

Pros: Absolutely lovely staff who were so kind and helpful in every way. They allowed us a super early check in and were always welcoming and kind. The hotel is very well located and comfortable but it is really the staff that make it so exceptional.

A very nice stay in Athens, the hotel is good value for the money.

Pros: The room was very clean and even the 'economy' room had all that we needed. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with fresh fruit.

Cons: We did not like the filter coffee.. There could be a bigger coffee machine with some options. Some nights disturbing noises from the neighboring room(s).

Nice, comfortable place to stay.

Pros: Excellent location in the centre, but situated in quiet area. Nice, helpful and friendly stuff. Room spacious and comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast.

Cons: Not much space in the bathroom for all my clutter 😅Otherwise all good.

Excellent location with lots of eating options in surrounding area

Pros: When we reached the hotel, I was not entirely impressed. But when the front desk staff highlighted nearby key attractions, we realised that it was actually an awesome location. Tons of food joints in near vicinity, lots of shopping options close by and even sightseeing attractions were near by. Staff was always so helpful. Breakfast also had some good options in terms of breads, fruits, coffee, yogurt, cheese, juices, boiled eggs, veggies, cereals, dry fruits etc. Coffee was available 24x7. Room was also good with decent size.

Cons: Neighbours on the above floors made lot of noise which the staff tried to address and were partly successful. While room has a nesspresso machine; even a hot water kittle would have helped. Check in was given to us at 3.05 PM which was slightly annoying as we had to wait for 40 mns. Rooms were empty but not cleaned when we reached.

Pros: Staff very patient, we took a great service. A very perfect location its near everything We were here a big family and we enjoyed Thank you for everything ❤️🙏🏼

Cons: One of our rooms was without windows ( the window was at the top of the wall , and no view ) its a big room and they didn't have another room to replace
