Cons: The breakfast is a block away, but is in a good café, and good quality. Only issue with the room is an odd smell from the bathroom and a bit moldy smell if all windows are closed in the room

Nice place in a great location. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, and helpful staff.
Pros: The location is absolutely perfect! It’s very well connected to a convenient metro station from airport, the area is full of activities, and it’s within walking distance of all the main tourist places in Athens. Even though it’s in a lively neighborhood, the accommodation is very quiet and peaceful. The facilities are amazing, everything is clean, easy to access, and well maintained. The breakfast included was tasty, and the staff were lovely, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place, and if I come back to Athens, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: One small issue: during cleaning service, some boxes and items we had on the side tables and the living room table were thrown away. We didn’t leave anything valuable there, but we did lose a few things we had bought. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but it felt a bit careless and unnecessary. We would say that cleaning staff should only remove items that are clearly in the bins but not on tables.

Pros: It was big, comfortable and clean with great facilities
Cons: The pillows and the mattress did not have protective covers, only a simple sheet, which is not good for hygiene. In addition, the ceiling lamps were dusty. More attention should be paid to these details.

Exceptional
Pros: The location was perfect close to everything and the big windows were lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment was much bigger than I thought. The breakfast was also really nice

Overall very good but no 4-star hotel
Pros: We have stayed in D2 Family suite on the 4th floor, it was very clean. The breakfast is not served within the hotel, it is in a nearby restaurant Brunchers, you can choose from 4 predefined breakfast menus. The breakfast was good, all four options. The location of the hotel is also great, the street looks a bit dodgy but it is close to everything and the whole Psyrri neighbourhiod is filled with restaurants and caffees. We felt safe there at all times of day or evening.
Cons: Despite it's good qualities, this does not meet 4 star standard. The bathroom smelled of mold and staleness, there were no wardrobes in the rooms, just one clothes hanger. The rooms are well kept, but overall it is a three star establishment at a good location.

Pros: Overall, we were highly satisfied. This accommodation is exceptional in terms of price–performance. The apartments are spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with essential amenities. The transfer (shuttle) service operated flawlessly, and the team was consistently available, courteous, and helpful with all requests. Although we spent little time in the room, the central location made it an ideal base for a full day of sightseeing. In sum, an excellent value choice.
Cons: Due to its central location, the property is indeed quite noisy, particularly at night. We were aware of this when booking, so it did not come as a surprise. Given Athens’s vibrant nightlife, guests should anticipate elevated noise levels in the city center.
