Pros: The location is great, only a few steps to the Monastiraki metro station. The reception is open between 8am and 10pm, the staff is super helpful and kind. The room was nice and clean.
Cons: We booked a room with jacuzzi, which was great, but the room temperature was not stable, too hot at the bed and cold in the entrance and bathroom. The quality of the breakfast is very good, but you have to go to the coffee shop nearby and choose from their menu, it takes time to get served. The roof terrace is not as cosy as expected.

The jacuzzi rooms are not for the elderly.
Pros: For front desk staff were very very helpful with our many questions, ordering taxis and giving directions. Even explaining the different areas and store differences. For breakfast one has to walk a very short distance to a beautiful coffee shop. The food there is excellent.
Cons: Our major complaint was in the bedroom. We ordered a room with a jacuzzi. The room is built on levels with the stairs running up the side of the jacuzzi. There is no handrail on the wall and no fencing on the jacuzzi side. i.e. if you were to slip or misplace your footing on the stairs you would land up at the bottom of the jacuzzi. For us and our friends in a second room this was very difficult. We are all over 70 and it was very worrying, since to get to the bed at the end of the room, one has to climb up the open stairs. If in bed at night and one needs to go to the loo, it is REALLY dangerous. Also, on either side of the bed there was no more than 25cm. So it was difficult to manoeuvre in and out of bed. And finally the electric points (charging our phones) at the bedside, are almost on the floor.

Pros: breakfast was great. the hotel gave us a coupon for the restaurant near us. location met our expectations it was in the center of the city, maybe 10 minutes far from the Monastiraki Square .

Melo nice hotel in center of Psiri
Pros: Small structure in the heart of Psiri area. The personel was extremely friendly and polite, which is always really appreciated. The room was big and had a balcony with a view on Lycabettus. Small rooftop (no bar/restaurant) available for customers.
Cons: The elevator is arriving direclty in the room, which is not an issue, but early in the morning it causes a lot of noise. In addition, there is the light of the elevator that you cannot turn off. The fact that it was not bar/restaurant in the hotel, but we were informed. The room could have been cleaned better. The fact that we had to leave.....

Pros: Martha and Arthur were wonderful. They were so kind helpful and always service with a smile. Thank you so much.
Cons: The noise outside in the middle of the night. It was quite loud sometimes.

Pros: Room had lots of space, was modern and well designed. Heating was working well. The hotel is very central, the place that serves breakfast pleasant and with several options
Cons: The street is full of bars, I needed earplugs for sleeping. Shower door not tight, water spilling into the bathroom

Great value boutique hotel, perfect for a long-weekend away in Athens, would stay again
Pros: Lots of space, clean room, nice views, easy access with codes, nice staff, great value for money for a long weekend away. Our room had a record player and lots of candles which was fun, plus a fridge and basic dining facilities/coffee which was handy.
Cons: The Wifi didn't work properly so we couldn't watch Netflix, etc., in the evenings. It seemed to be worse at peak times. There's a LOT of noise, some of which is just the neighborhood, but also the elevator opened up into the room (also has its benefits!) meaning there was a lot of noise when other people used the elevator because it's very close to the sleeping space. The windows/doors could probably have better noise sealing from the neighborhood.
