For a last minute booking, this was an unexpected and happy experience.
Pros: The location was great. Very close to Monistiraki metro station and Monistiraki square, flea market, etc. There were a lot of restaurants in the area with a 24 hour market/coffee shop across the street. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Our room was very clean and a little bigger than we were expecting. The breakfast was in a little restaurant a block or so away. We had a list of items to choose from and they were all delicious and filling. The coffee was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: It was a little noisy at night a couple of times, but that's to be expected in a downtown location. Things got quiet after the bars and restaurants closed. Occasionally we heard talking from people in the street but the room and bed were so comfortable, we slept very well.

Overall, the stay was fine, but nothing exceptional.
Pros: The location was excellent, and the staff were super friendly. The ladies who clean the facility are marvelous. The lift is… something (a unique experience!). The umbrellas at the entrance were a nice touch.
Cons: Breakfast… breakfast… and more breakfast was the biggest disappointment. I booked a junior suite but was given a suite with a bathtub on the balcony — useless in winter, and the main benefit of the junior suite (dividing it into two spaces) was lost. The concrete floor was cold to walk on in socks, and slippers were not provided.

Hotel located in the middle of Psyri
Pros: Hotel located right in the center of Psirri closed to bars, shops and restaurant. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Was difficult to find a taxi On January 1st, but the lady at the reception helped. The room was on the 6th floor and was quite big with a huge terrasse. The hotel has a rooftop which was highly appreciated to watch the fireworks on December 31st. !
Cons: When we arrive, the room has been sprayed with a perfume and that was too much for us. This should be avoided ! The breakfast was not served in the hotel, but in a place close to it. (This is ok as it was mentioned). However, when we arrived on the first morning, it was chaotic.... No table available, lot of people waiting... huge noise... this was really unpleasant.. and frustrating as the breakfast was paid and we were 7. This is not the hotel's fault, but the place providing the breakfast should be maybe work with less hotel to be able to provide a good service to customers.

Excellent hotel in a nice area, we really recommend it
Pros: Nice room with balcony towards the street and spatious bathroom. We really enjoyed to drink our coffee in the balcony and see the street. Astonishing view from the rooftop, where we enjoyed drinking wine and eating snacks. It is very positive to have staff 24 h/day, who was also friendly and gave us information about the city and events. The cleaning service was excellent, and we got to borrow iron and ironing table at the reception. The hotel doesn’t have restaurant, but their partner (especially the Greek place) offers excellent breakfast. It was quite fun to try different options every day. Finally, the location was excellent: just a couple of steps to Monastiraki metro station (which was quite safe) and a couple more to Monastiraki square, which has a lot of souvenir shops. Very safe area even at late time.
Cons: Well, it was a bit noisy in the evenings, but it was fine for us. In the bathroom, we tripped several times in the metallic door stop near the shower. That should be fixed, but again it is a minor thing. The rooftop should have longer opening hours. We wanted to stay there after 23:00, but it wasn’t possible.

Pros: Spacious with very comfortable good size bed. Excellent bathroom and good light over the mirror. Great little balcony overlooking the busy street below
Cons: Everything was great apart from the street being a bit noisy until the very early hours but, to be honest, we expected it in that location.

Cons: The location of the place is a blessing and a curse. it is close to a bunch of awesome restaurants, bars and attractions. However, the sound proofing in the room is poor making it extremely difficult to sleep at night.

Pros: This modern unit was a sanctuary from the busy Athena Streets below. The rooftop terrace looking over The Acropolis was a bonus!

Perfect location in the city center to explore Athens
Pros: Great location in the center of Athens, sites and metro station is nearby, bars and restaurants as well so perfect to explore Athens. The room was good, spacious, with a small 'kitchen'. Staff was pleasant but not much interaction needed apart from the checking in/out. Breakfast was at another cafe down the street but it was very good with several options to choose a-la-carte, had a nice atmosphere with great staff.
Cons: There is no common area to relax, but since the room came with a balcony not much of a drawback. Please note it can be quite noisy outside. If you're a light sleeper you might be troubled, but for us it was no issue.
