It was a nice place

Pros: I had an issue with the noise, but Stella was extremely kind and helpful. She had a quick fix for us. So what I liked most was the support offered, as Stella was such a nice person. Thank you! ❤️ Also, I liked the hill and park view and the breakfast was great.

Cons: The walls do not isolate the noise very well and I recommend ear plugs for those who have a light sleep.

Quiet location in a top area

Pros: Everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly and the area is very quiet. Good breakfast.

Pros: Located in nice area - just be ready to walk up the hill. Friendly staff and super breakfast.

Cons: A bit strange bathroom configuration which makes it quite hard to take a shower without making all bathroom floor wet but ok not a big deal.

Coming back!

Pros: Breakfast, bed and location! Perfect combo for perfect stay! The location was safe, close to city center! Staff very polite! Bed was super comfy!

A clean hotel in a great area.

Pros: Very comfortable rooms in a good area. The beds were lovely and soft. The room was high up and away from the noise of the traffic with a great view of Lycabettus Hill. It’s about a half hour walk to the Acropolis from here passing the Monument of the Unknown Soldier and so the changing of the guard.

Cons: Breakfast could certainly be improved as it’s very basic.

A very safe easy hotel with clean, comfortable rooms.

Pros: A very easy hotel of sorts in Kolonaki in a lovely area of Athens. Very comfortable, clean rooms and a basic breakfast. A roof terrace that no one seems to use and a simple gym in the basement. There were police everywhere as the President lives nearby, so it’s very safe. Walking in to the center was very easy down the streets and didn’t take long.

Cons: The huge jacuzzi bath took up so much space in the bathroom of the suite that you had to get in it to close the plug as you could not walk around. Some of the gym equipment was broken or old. At breakfast I was told I was only allowed one cappuccino… so strange... otherwise I could have a filter coffee in the room. Such a silly thing to be told, but I remember it as absurd. Then the staff lady stood by the coffee machine for ten minutes doing nothing. The swimming pool on the roof was freezing cold and had loose tiles which cut my daughters hand.

Great location and helpful staff

Pros: Super helpful staff and nice facilities. Staff helped us with directions and turning on the steam room etc.

Cons: Breakfast was slightly limited but can’t really fault it.

Very relaxing and enjoyable!

Pros: The room was nice and clean, and well spaced and furnished. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great and the staff were kind and helpful. We made use of the steam room, and the staff gave us extra towels, which was unexpected.

Cons: Our only word of caution is that it is up a steep hill and if you find walking up steps and hills challenging, then taxis are a must!

Pros: The location was great, especially to walk to attractions. The room was modern and the breakfast buffet was great and looked after dietary requirements too. The staff were wonderful. Loved the gym.

Cons: The pool was dirty so we didn't use it.
