Great location, lovely room but beware of traffic noise

Pros: The size of the suite. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom/shower were really good.

Cons: The traffic noise was really bad particularly mopeds all through the night (3rd floor). We had to use a fan to block some of it out to enable us to sleep as the soundproofing was poor. However, the soundproofing between the rooms was very good.

Something to repeat

Pros: We really enjoyed our holiday staying in The Social. Everything was super clean, staff always were very kind plus silent rooms and good breakfast. It is super close to Everything and they use the Greek brand Korres for the toiletries which is so nice.

Cons: Sizes of the room could be bigger but this is not an issue. If they would have a swimming pool,it will be top ten.

Pros: A wonderful hotel... the staff, the cleanliness, everything is great. The staff are amazing, the location is beautiful, so lovely. Coffee every day, a fantastic team, and the elevator is great.

Cons: There's nothing to like about it, the hotel is magnificent.

This is a wonderful hotel at a great location with amazing staff! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Pros: The location is amazing. In the centre of everything but in an upscale and lovely area of Central Athens. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice design interior and a very comfortable bed. The staff is so welcoming and kind and they do everything they can so that you can have a wonderful stay. Thank you Janina, Dimitris and everyone for making our stay so special!

Cons: Absolutely nothing! The hotel is so cosy and relaxing and the staff is amazing. The only thing I would like is to have Netflix in the room.

Excellent stay

Pros: We had an excellent stay at the Social Athens Hotel over Christmas. The staff, in particular Maria and Dimitri, went above and beyond with their warm and friendly service. They provided us with recommendations for food and attractions that turned out to be very good choices, and were always available to help with any queries or requests including booking taxis and advising on transport. The rooms were exactly as advertised; very clean, well maintaned, bright and modern. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job with everything. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations and cookies at the reception. Riding the lift was a fun experience with the alphabet magnets. Location is very central and easy to get around on foot to the main attractions and many good restaurants. The area feels safe.

Pros: excellent location, walking distance from all the good restaurants, shops and attractions. staff very friendly and helpful really enjoyed our stay there and the staff made sure we have a memorable time. would definitely come back!
