Pros: Safe enclosed carport inside of the property is very convenient. Great hospitality, quiet place, lovely porch… Perfect!

Pros: We loved the apartment! It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need (and even more). The area is wonderful – quiet and relaxing, yet full of nice cafés and shops just around the corner. The host was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, day or night. Highly recommended! We were really happy with our stay, and if we come back to Athens, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Lovely and cozy property with a polite and friendly owner and the location is good.

Pros: Great location, not far from the beach and other amenities. Very clean and all household items were there for everyday use, there is garage and the neighbourhood is quite. The owner was very helpful and polite with his prompt responses. Definitely a must property to spend some days.

Pros: good accomodation, house Is clean, very very quiet, has a small courtyard, great value for price. host Is kind, free private parking for a small auto, otherwise free parking in the road. a short walk to the metro +-800 mt, it's a +-8stops to downtown. the neighborhood Is great! clean, tidy, modern with tree-lined streets, a garden. good bars, resaurant, shops in the nearby. recommended, you'll be in a good Place and away from chaos. you\

Pros: Close to metro in a quiet street, excellent hosts, with all the amenities you need for your stay. If you don't mind to stay a bit out of the center (30 mins), perfect place to stay on the budget. Coffees, tavernas, bakerys nearby. Had excellent time there, happy to visit again.

Pros: Es ist eine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Es gibt soweit alles was man braucht und es ist toll, dass man einen privaten Parkplatz auf dem Gelände hat. Die Kommunikation war gut und schnell.

Um Athen zu erkunden ein guter Starpunkt!

Pros: Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen! Sie ist zwar einfach, hat aber alles was man braucht und für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Wir sind erst abends angereist, aber alles konnte gut per WhatsApp geklärt werden, der Vermieter war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Für uns standen außerdem Obst, Riegel und zwei Wasser bereit. Ruhig gelegen, aber nur ca. 250m von Restaurants, Bars und anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Übrigens stand eine tolle Infotafel mit Tips für die nähere Umgebung über QR-Code bereit. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist ca 20 Minuten entfernet, der morgendliche Weg dorthin ging an verschiedenen Frühstücksmöglichkeiten vorbei. Der Parkplatz ist nicht für größere Autos gemacht. Wir hatten einen Peugot 208, der hat noch reingepasst.

Pros: Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν σε συνεχή επικοινωνία μαζί μας για να βεβαιωθεί πως όλα ηταν άψογα, το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες, υπεραρκετό για ένα ζευγάρι με όλες τις παροχές που χρειαστήκαμε! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
