Pros: The apartment is beautiful. Spotlessly clean. The location is excellent. Next to the metro and just one metro-stop away from the bus stop to the airport. The apartment is fully equipped, you will not need a thing. Would definitely book again on my next stay in Athens!

Pros: Our stay at Evelina’s Apartment was truly exceptional in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything one might need – from kitchen utensils to bathroom essentials and thoughtful extra touches that make a real difference. The location is ideal – in a quiet neighborhood yet with easy access to the city center and points of interest. Everything worked perfectly – WiFi, air conditioning, hot water, and the overall peaceful environment allowed us to truly relax. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, which we personally value a lot. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a rental property, and we will definitely come back! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation, a well-kept space, and warm hospitality with attention to detail!

Pleasant accommodation that meets all your needs
Pros: 10/10 points. We have been to many places, but I have never rated any place 10 points, there was always some problem. Thank you for the welcome fruit-pancake combination, It was a nice gesture. The kitchen is equipped with everything, from spices to dishes. Comfortable beds, constant hot water. If I were to go to Athens again, I would go here. The street is a quiet dead end
Cons: I didn't lower the rating for this reason, but when we arrived, according to the GPS we couldn't find the accommodation, they escorted us there from a nearby car repair shop, a sign on the main road would have helped, we actually drove there for half an hour (a truck was parked at the beginning of the alley, so we didn't even see that there was a street there). The other thing is that on Saturday there is a market from dawn to late afternoon, Evelina sent me a message the night before, but who checks emails at 10 pm while on vacation, so one of our days was wasted, as we couldn't drive the car out of the street. Of course, the next Saturday we parked far away, so that wasn't a problem. Luckily we didn't have tickets for somewhere far away, etc., because that would have been a waste. But everything else made up for it

Pros: Everything about the apartment was as expected. In one word, excellent, the hostess was very kind and responsive.
Cons: I would not recommend it to someone who does not have their own transport to the beaches. on the other hand, the metro station is 300 meters away, which greatly simplifies transportation to the center of Athens.

Pros: Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωριαίο και Είχε τα πάντα μέσα ότι χρειαζόμασταν το πιο σημαντικό πεντακάθαρο. Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και θα το προτιμήσουμε πάλι. Επίσης βρίσκεται Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία . Είχαμε ξεχάσει μια τσάντα και μας την επιστρέψανε πίσω . Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία σας .

Pros: Lokalita, čistota, vybavenie, veľmi príjemná a nápomocná domáca Evelína. Apartmán má dve spálne, jedna s manželskou posteľou, druhá s roztahovacou. V každej izbe je klimatizácia. Výborne vybavená kuchyňa.
Cons: Všetko bolo v poriadku.

מעולה למשפחות לטיול באתונה וסביבה!
Pros: הדירה מרווחת, חמודה, נעימה ונקייה. המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך לבישול, יש מדיח ומכונת קפה. המיקום מצויין, כולל חניה וקרוב לתחנת מטרו. היינו עם רכב מה שאפשר שילוב מוצלח בין מרכז העיר לטיול ברביירה וביעדים מרוחקים יותר. בעלת הדירה מקסימה ועשתה כמיטב יכולתה לעזור בכל מה שהיינו צריכים! תמורה מצויינת לעלות.
Cons: המקלחת והמקלחון קטנים.
