If the area works for you, this apartment is an easy recommendation!
Pros: The apartment we stayed in was very clean and fully equipped—perfectly prepared for a family, with all necessary items such as cutlery, cookware, and other essentials ready for use. The winter heating was comfortable throughout most of the day, which we appreciated knowing how costly heating can be in Greece. We felt safe both in the apartment and in the surrounding area. The nearby Athens metro station was extremely convenient, and we used it throughout our stay without any issues. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. Overall, it’s a very comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it for families or groups of travelers.
Cons: It’s a pity that an apartment this lovely isn’t home to a family full‑time.

La nostra 'casa' ad Atene
Pros: L'appartamento si trova in una bella zona residenziale a 10 min a piedi dalla metropolitana che porta in centro ad Atene (8 fermate all'Acropoli). È ampio, ben arredato, con una grande terrazza e una bellissima vista mare, pulitissimo, ed è particolarmente attrezzato e curato. Dal punto di vista dei servizi non manca nulla, anzi ha superato le aspettative, e l'accoglienza è stata un fiore all'occhiello. I proprietari sono persone attentissime, disponibili e gentili. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento. Anzi, ci torneremo!

Pros: La casa está muy bien,un quinto piso con ascensor con amplios ventanales en las 3 habitaciones y una preciosa terraza con vistas al mar. Todo limpio y perfecto, con menaje completo y además cristalería y vajilla preciosa.. Casa con parking privado en el edificio, importante si alquilas coche. No está en el centro, más tranquilo y cómodo, pero con el metro cerca y linea directa a los principales lugares. El anfitrión amable,siempre dispuesto a colaborar, nos ayudo en el alquiler del coche,y nos dejo bebidas y dulces. Muy bien todo,la verdad

Great local neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, stores, and easy access to public transport.
Pros: Host met us at the property and explained the entire place, along with area tips. Host was very communicative in meeting us even though we had an odd arrival time.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

The perfect choice!
Pros: I must say this property has it all! Great location, just a Minuit walk from a wide range of restaurants and supermarket, the appartment had a beautiful sea view wide balcony, the interior was elegant and extremely clean, the kind owner welcomed us with generous snacks and drinks on table, the place had everything we needed, it was well equipped, definitely recommended if you are looking for a cozy, fancy, home-feel stay in Athens
