Project 3 Urban Chic Hotel

Great Stay. This hotel is a keeper!!!

Pros: Great little hotel in an amazing small narrow street on one of the best locations in Athens under Lecabetus hill. Walking distance to everything. Great staff at the reception always smiling and willing to help. Breakfast is à la card, great selection and all is fresh, oh and the coffee, the coffee rocks! Just order a Freddo espresso, mark my words. Rooms are cosy and spotlessly clean, great shower with amazing pressure, bedding is on the soft side but it is just fine. Great space to relax between meetings or tourist hops as the decor creates a relaxing atmosphere plus the fact than you have a Nespresso machine and tea making facilities. It is a great feeling to see the staff really making everything possible to make your stay as comfy as possible.

Cons: It is not the hotel’s fault, but there is a club nearby…no license. It has been sued by the whole neighborhood and it is on the loud side late at night. Trust me , put the ear plugs provided to you by the hotel and you ll be just fine! Hopefully the club will be closed down soon.

Fantastic service, 10 point to the staff

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly—super polite, welcoming, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. The hotel itself is very cute and charming, which made the whole experience even nicer. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was extremely fresh and well prepared—honestly one of the highlights of our stay. The location is unbelievably great. It’s right in the middle of everything, and you can walk everywhere easily, so there’s no need for a car at all. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly the entire time. The only downside, was that on the night we stayed there was very loud music coming from somewhere nearby and we couldn’t sleep till 2am. It seemed like there might have been a party or a club event happening that night, but we’re not completely sure since it was just that one evening.

Pros: The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful — you choose what you want from the menu, it’s served to you, and there’s no waste. Everything was perfect.

We’ll stay here again!

A stylish boutique hotel with excellent staff in central kolonaki.highly recommended

Pros: Lovely staff. The room was very nicely designed. Good attention to detail. Lots of water and nice toiletries Great breakfast.

Cons: A little noisy overnight due to nearby nightclub Apparently only a problem over winter months.

Really friendly relaxing place to stay

Pros: Extremly friendly staff, very personal, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very tasty with a huge selection of local and general dishes that are made to order. The location is fantastic and the rooms are modern, spacious and clean.

Cons: The only negative thing that I can think of was the view out of the window (towards the back of the building). As there were other buildings close that are able to look into the room, I had to keep the curtains closed all the time, there are no transparent curtains that leave the light in. Also, the building is a bit noisy, which is probably due to its age and material, not the hotel's fault.

This is the hotel I will stay , whenever I come to Athens again.

Pros: The room decoration was very good , bed was comfortable . All staff were very sweet and friendly. Location is just in the heart of Kolonaki .

Cons: I can not say I didnt like breakfast , but may be they can improve the variety.

A little gem in Kolonaki

Pros: Excellent location in Kolonaki with very friendly and attentive staff who took the time to explain everything clearly. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. The space in the room was cleverly utilised, the room was of a decent size and tastefully decorated in a slightly industrial style. Did not try breakfast. Overall it was a delightful stay, would certainly stay here again.

Cons: The lift is rather small, and those opting for the stairs should be mindful of the low ceilings at certain turns. The neighbouring building is quite close, which make up the view from the window.

Athens perfect stay

Pros: Great location, the rooms was very clean and with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely our choice for next time in Athens!
