Pros: Staff were amazing. Bed was super comfortable. They were happy to store bags after checkout which was a god send to a late flight.

Pros: Staff really nice and helpful, nice breakfast, comfy rooms . They helped us to do early check in. Pool and gym area is pleasant. We really like the breakfast place with the terrasse ..

Cons: Water refill in the room not only the first night. You should change your baby chair in the restaurant it is not that practical but it is a detail of course.

Very comfy beds and pleasant staff.

Pros: Great location for transport, museums and central Athens. Nice dip pool and gym.

Cons: Unfortunately the steam room/sauna was out of action.

Pros: Great location, friendly helpful staff, cozy environment, nice breakfast. We got upgraded free. We love coco-mat and frequently stay at their hotels.

Cons: Some things need renovation, at some areas smells chlorine and feels humidity from the ground floor pool.

Pros: The hotel is stationed in a very good spot. At the centre of the city, yet in a very safe neighbourhood, and 5' walk from the metro - station. Breakfast was a highlight, nice food and a very helpful, pleasant lady working there. No complaints about the staff, generally very helpful and almost all of them very welcoming. Clean room (as well as the rest establishment) and comfortable bed and pillows. Very tranquil, no noise at all (they gave me an upgrade, so I was on the 3rd floor, don't know about the ground floor). Enjoyed the pool. Had dinner once, brought to my room, very satisfied . Would also recommend having a massage, it was excellent! The fact that the hotel is very eco-friendly is also a plus.

Cons: Steam room was out of order throughout my stay. I am disappointed more about the fact that nobody informed me about it. Not even upon my arrival. I had to go to the spa to find a sign informing me. Refrigerator in the room doesn't keep things cool and that might be an issue if you have to keep medication there for example.

Cons: I chose this hotel specifically to have the opportunity to use the in-hotel steam room. This was out of order for the duration of my stay. On my penultimate day I was offered the option of using the facility at a sister hotel, but my idea was to pop downstairs and relax and unwind (rather trek across town to do so) so I declined. The breakfast room is not big enough to accommodate peak demand. When the hotel is full perhaps guests could book time slots to avoid problems and disappointment.

Pros: Good quality furnishings, very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The gym looks pretty, but it's not very functional.
