Good for a short city break.
Pros: It was modern and very clean. It was very quiet and good to get to tube, within walking distance.
Cons: Breakfast was very basic. It could have been laid out better too, it was just perched on a shelf.

Good modern hotel with comfortable rooms – but red light district location
Pros: We stayed for two nights in a family room with two floors. The room itself was very modern, new and exceptionally clean. The main bed was very comfortable, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, which was a nice plus when travelling with children. We also appreciated the Netflix TV, which was great for relaxing in the evening. The overall design of the room felt fresh and contemporary, and everything was well maintained.
Cons: However, the biggest downside for us was the location. Although the city centre is not very far in theory, the hotel is not realistically walkable, especially with children. The surrounding area did not feel safe to us. The streets are in very poor condition, with broken pavements and many derelict or empty buildings. The area has a noticeable red-light district atmosphere, and walking to the nearest underground station felt uncomfortable and quite unsafe, particularly in the evening. Parking is also very difficult. The street in front of the hotel is extremely narrow, and there is no proper place to stop. Even taxis have to stop in the middle of the road because there is simply nowhere else to pull over. Inside the room, the light switch system was very confusing. There were many switches placed in different areas, and it took time to figure out which switch controlled which light. The first night we accidentally left the bathroom light on because we simply couldn’t find the correct switch. We stayed in January, and the heating system was uneven. The upstairs area became very hot, while downstairs remained noticeably cooler. This made it difficult to find a comfortable temperature, especially for sleeping. The room itself did not have much natural light, as it is surrounded closely by walls and parts of the building. This might be an advantage in summer, but in winter it felt a bit dark. Breakfast was the most disappointing aspect. The selection was very limited. The coffee was pre-made in a container, and most pastries were gone quickly and not refilled. There was only toast bread available to make yourself, some fruit like apples, and very little variety overall. We felt it would be better to have breakfast at a nearby café instead. Overall, the hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, especially the rooms. But due to the location and breakfast, we would not necessarily choose it again as a family with children.

FANTASTIC
Pros: I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Athens. Fantastic hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The room was big enough and very cozy, it reminded me of my summer house. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in a hotel. I love how modern the color combinations throughout the hotel were, very authentic. It was in a great location full of restaurants, coffee shops, and interesting small stores.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It was a pleasant stay. My apartment was stylish and colorful. Even during the taxi strike, transportation to the airport was arranged by the staff.

Modern, comfortable stay with great staff and breakfast, slightly outside the centre.
Pros: LOOM Athens was easy to find, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, we had a balcony, and the self check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The staff were great and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the metro is only a 6-minute walk away. That said, the neighbourhood felt a bit dodgy at night. Due to a 2-day taxi strike and travelling with a child, we unfortunately had to check out earlier than planned. Overall, it was a great short stay and a good choice for modern comfort in Athens.
Cons: Everything was great!

Funky little gem
Pros: A very charming hotel in a great location. Our room was perfect and even included a lovely little courtyard. The design is quirky, stylish, and full of character. The staff were kind and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for my partner’s birthday, along with a personalized card. The hotel is located in a trendy area, away from the overly touristy spots, and surrounded by great cafés and bars.
Cons: Hooks in the rooms for towels were missing

Great place for a stay in the Kerameikos area of Athens
Pros: Great stay - the accommodation is in a good place, wedged between the Kerameikos and Metaxourgeio metro stations, making it trivial to access the city center of Athens; but even on foot, Ermou street is like 10-15 minutes away at worst. In the immediate vicinity, you can find Michelin-starred restaurants, cheap eateries, cafés and there is a major supermarket a stone's throw away. We had a friendly welcome and we were allowed to check-in significantly earlier - thank you for that, it meant a lot. The room has all the amenities and even some flair - motorized curtains, a massive bed, a large balcony, en-suite coffee machine. I genuinely recommend this hotel for a short stay, the vibes are great. THANK YOU!
Cons: Of course nothing is perfect and in this case this guiding principle manifests in the breakfast. There is nothing inherently wrong about the quality of the breakfast, rather, it feels like it doesn't live up to the standards that the hotel set in other areas. There isn't a wide variety, the bread/toast was a little bit on the stale side, the portions of just about anything are small and there is an overall lingering feeling that breakfast is not an important meal in Greece, or at least not in this accommodation. Also, the breakfast is outside, that can be a good thing or a bad thing, depends on the weater For the owner or whoever is reading/replying to these, don't take it too close to your heart, consider it as an improvement suggestion. (For full transparency: I think in our case breakfast was a free add-on because of my Genius membership, so it's a bit hypocritical of me to complain, but it's anyway accounted for in the price.)

Excellent value for money
Pros: The staff are friendly. The location is about 10 min walk to nearest mrt line.
Cons: It should give us teabag for tea drinkers. We appreciate the nespresso machine 💪 but we wanted to slip a cup of tea as tea drinkers.
