Overall stay has been amazing. Would recommend

Pros: I was given a free upgrade when I arrived due to first time stay in hotel. Free breakfast given and lastly I was given free extended late check out. Receptionist was all professional and nice. Hotel is situated nearby public transport.

Cons: The swimming pool is within the bar and limited access.

Pros: Nice hotel in a good location !! Breakfast was quite good with nice city view on the roof

Cons: Gym is so small

Pros: Great staff, free upgrade and view of the acropolis, huge room and great value for money, next to metro stop and only 15 min walk from Syntagma, this was a great hotel, very good (a bit small but fully equipped gym), and I must say the front desk was outstanding

All in all very nice, would consider going back again

Pros: The room was lovely and quiet, set in the city centre making the hotel very easy to get to as well as right by all the amenities

Cons: I found the restaurant very dark to eat dinner in, so much so we read the menu using the light from our phone. Was also disappointed that breakfast is ended promptly. I saw a young family with kids turn up two minutes late and they were turned away. This was disappointing to witness and I think common sense could have been applied here.

Pros: Smooth check-in even at 0100 hours..Roof top restaurant view is excellent. Restaurant services are good and accessible most of the time. Location is central and very convenient. Staff were courteous, polite and accommodative. Room and bathrooms were very clean and tidy.

Cons: While we had sumptous breakfast with a wide variety of food, new items were not rotated. The overall stay was comfortable, there were some minor issues related to house-keeping services.

Pros: I stayed at Wyndham Grand Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and well-organized. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had good heating. The view from the room was facing the street and was quite nice. The staff were polite and professional, and the breakfast was excellent with delicious food. There is a restaurant on the top floor where you can enjoy a stunning view of Athens. There is also a very nice restaurant located across from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Athens. Don’t hesitate to book it.

Pros: An absolutely outstanding stay from start to finish. Everything was perfect — the comfort, cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall attention to detail exceeded all expectations. Due to a flight delay, I requested a late checkout of an additional 5 hours, and the hotel generously granted it without any extra charge. This level of care and flexibility truly sets this hotel apart. Room service was excellent, always prompt and professional. The breakfast was delicious, rich, and very nutritious, offering a great start to the day. The 24-hour customer service was exceptional and always available to assist with anything needed. The spa is superb and added a real sense of relaxation and luxury to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely return without hesitation.

Excellent stay, very welcoming front desk staff. Restaurant and bar staff were very attentive.

Pros: Stayed in a room with a view of the Acropolis...amazing! What a view. I had breakfast and evening meals at the hotel which were really nice (room service the first night, then in the restuarant the second). All staff were extemely helpful and polite. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Cons: The shower....it had a rainfal shower which was a little too big for the shower cubicle itself. Other than that....everything else was great.
