Amazing

Pros: The hotel is fantastic, the staff are incredibly helpful. It's centrally located right next to the metro, very convenient. We were very pleased and would recommend it to everyone.

Very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable.

Pros: I am extremely satisfied with this stay! The overall environment of the hotel is clean, tidy and very comfortable. What impressed me most was the service. Both the day‑shift and night‑shift front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Ahmed at the front desk is kind, professional and has an excellent attitude. He is very responsive and makes people feel warm and welcome. The customer service staff is also thoughtful and considerate. The overall service standard is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it!

Cons: The shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced! The bathroom drainage is poor!

Pros: Customer service was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and had a broad choice. Access to the centre of Athens was an easy 10 minute walk.

Pros: Location is superb. Just outside a metro station and bus service. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended.

When I sum up my satisfaction during stay in the hotel -> impressed

Pros: The welcoming message at arrival was noted as good practice of taking care of connecting with customers🍀 The breakfast in the restaurant on the rooftop was quite satisfying, restaurant with terrace so you can come at evening until 23h to take some fresh air and refresh yourself. Big and spaced, clean room with terrace was quite good for the price. Location of the hotel is 30 meters from metro station and it is linked in a good manner with the rest of the town.

Cons: The room location was infront of back exit doors and looking on the rounded street from terrace -> sometimes during the day can be noisy for sensitive people but acceptable

Pros: The attention to detail and how valued the team made us feel, they gave us a room upgrade free of charge, included a handwritten note and some complimentary treats, we asked if we could check out a bit later and they had no issue. The breakfast was delightful, situated on the 6th floor with a view of Athens.

I really enjoyed the stay

Pros: The hotel is located in the city. Which I really liked. You can go to acropolis station within 15mins. The hotel surroundings seem very safe too. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a suite room. The room was very spacious and clean. Most importantly the hotel staffs are very friendly.

Overall lovely room and great staff especially at the reception, super warm people.

Pros: Room was perfect and location is good, easily accessible to city centre and good restaurants. Breakfast was good ,however coffee machines were not working as there was no electricity. I wish there was an alternate solution because without coffee ,breakfast felt incomplete. But I would still recommend this hotel:-)
