Excellent in many ways

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, just as we like. The staff is amazing, each one of them. The location is more than perfect- just near everything, but not around the crowds and noise.

Cons: We had a problem with the shower, because some of the water went under door to the living area

Pros: new hotel with a well equipped and modern room . Very Friendly staff at reception and breakfast good breakfast

Cons: even if the hotel is not responsible there is two construction site behind the hotel with works starting at 7.00 AM which is a early wake up ! As we had a late flight and he was raining the morning we leaved, we asked if it was possible for late check out Unfortunately we were required to pay 40 euros extra for leaving between 12.00 and 2 PM. Either the room is not available and I understand that it is not possible, or the room is free (that was the case). I find the extra 40 euro charge not friendly especially as we booked a upper room (with view). For information, we leaved the luggages as 11 AM which is the last check out time and we had an excellent tea in a roof top nearby with an astonishing view during the rain for 12 euros !

Pros: Breakfast is very good and the staff very friendly!. Breakfast is served in an area next to the hotel. The location is convenient, the mattress is comfortable.

Great location and nice large rooms!

Pros: Great location near Acropolis! Nice views from the balcony, clean and spacious room.

Cons: Breakfast was not superb, and it was served in a bit temporary looking ’restaurant’ space on next door.
