A fantastic location to reach attractions by foot

Pros: The bed was super comfortable The staff at the breakfast were always so warm and welcoming- nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel several times, and each visit has consistently been a positive experience. One of the things we enjoy most is its central location, which makes it very convenient to get around and access nearby attractions and shops. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant is outstanding, adding a truly memorable highlight to the overall experience. The reception staff are always exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm first impression from the moment we arrive. They are helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, which makes each stay relaxing and stress-free. Because of the excellent service, comfort, and convenient location, this hotel has become our preferred choice whenever we visit the area.

Pros: The location was ideal , near bus and metro. 10 minute walk to the Acropolis and museum Lots of restaurants nearby A reasonable breakfast The dining room was amazing with great view of the Acropolis and some of the city A clean hotel ....

Cons: I stayed a week .... The manager was always at breakfast and never said anything , no hello or a welcome Two of reception staff were not very helpful , maybe a PR course is needed The other staff were pleasant and helpful 🙂

Pros: Great location, overlooking the Acropolis, amazing view from the roof restorante. Very good and wide variety for breakfast but the resturant is busy. 5-10 minutes walk from Acropolis and Panathenaic Stadium.

Overall love it and would come again

Pros: Didn't mind the room but next time would prefer a room with a window

Cons: Everything was good but staff at the reception could have been friendlier. Felt like i was always intruding every time i went to the reception. Asked questions and they only answered the question without any feelings. I feel they need to be warmer. i noticed it wasn't just to me but all customers. Eg. i asked about the strike that was happening on the day we were leaving. i wanted it confirmed if we were going to have issues at the airport and they couldn't answer that but didn't even say that they will find out. this would have concerned other customers staying at the hotel. Something they should have been aware of but they didn't want to find out. That is just one example. They were professional but not warm.
