Kolonaki Comfort

Pros: Wery accommodating host, perfect instructions to get to the apartment, great location.

Pros: The house is located in the most beautiful neighborhood in Athens. It's compact and very practical. The apartment is also very nice. It has everything you need.

Cons: Since the house is on the ground floor, people entering and exiting the building disturb you with their noise. Also, the bed is a bit small and the pillow is too soft.

Amazing stay and it was definitely so much better than staying in a hotel in the touristy area of Athens.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Kolonaki as it is in a very convenient location and walking distance to Plaka and Monistraki. The apartment is located in a lovely area and the nights were quiet and serene. The apartment is also very clean, spacious and has a small outdoor area. The hosts are very easy to deal with and are very prompt in their responses. We liked the location and property so much that we have already booked another week when we return to Athens.

Athens is an amazing city and i reccomend this location

Pros: Location felt safe and the apartment was clean and tidy. Price is fair

Cons: Only cold water in the shower and sink wich was dissapointing.

Good quality for (very) reasonable price

Pros: Apartment is newly equipped, functional (with interesting lightening options), spacious, lots of storage space, ok equipped kitchenette, big fridge, two doors to the terrace, very safe entrance door (although apartment is already in the safest, most expensive part of the city), hosts very responsive and helpful, I have got a very reasonable price.

Cons: Apartment is located on a hillside so access is uphill (quite steep also), it is on the ground floor with a yard-side terrace surrounded by other buildings so you can not really use the terrace (which shows in its state) and the apartment doesn't catch much of the sunlight (and no sunshine), there is no view from the both doors/windows. Floors could use carpets (in November the tiles are quite cold for bare feet) and noises from the buildings entrance hall and staircase are well heard in the apartment.

Pros: Location, location, location! It’s in the heart of Athens in the best neighbourhood.  The room was for my style, exceptional! The communication was excellent . The experience was way better than going to a hotel, waiting for the check-in etc.

Pros: Πολύ ωραίο και όμορφο κατάλυμα σε τέλεια τοποθεσία

Pros: L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Athènes, très très propre, la literie est excellente. L équipe qui gère la location est très bien organisée et très réactive.

Cons: Les équipements ménagers vraiment trop minimalistes. Difficile de se préparer même le petit- déjeuner.

Pros: Non la struttura più vicina al centro, ma è in una zona residenziale tranquilla a sicura

Cons: Forse non pulitissima, ma sicuramente promossa

Pros: Гарна локація, чисто, зрозуміла процедура заселення/виселення.

Cons: На кухні електрична плита працює погано (намагалися зварити яйця на сніданок. За 30 хв вода не почала кипіти). При бронюванні вказаний час check-out - 11:00. Але в повідомленні з помешкання вказують про час виселення до 10:30.
