Very Nice but not perfect with Room for improvement - in areas that can be controlled

Pros: The lock box is hidden behind the pillar - but that is ok for security. Was confusing the first time but was fine. No issue.

Cons: The big issue was that we arrived at 5.30pm and the cleaners had only just started cleaning the property despite check in being at 3.30pm. This was annoying considering we had been travelling for 23 hours and have never experienced this problem before given we stay normally at high end hotels. The cleaners suggested we leave our luggage in the room and wander around - however we didn't feel comfortable and just wanted to settle in and enjoy the start of our holiday which we couldn't. Instead we hung around in the lobby downstairs where there were 2 seats. We were 4 people. The host apologised via text (seemed tokenistic) with no follow through. Our booking was for 6 nights so we were paying a lot of money and would have appreciated some gesture to \

Pros: The apartment was lovely, the location and view excellent basically everyting were great! We look forward to be back next year!

Just a few easily fixable issues but overall we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment.

Pros: Great location, very clean, appreciated the lift , it has everything you would need for a short stay.

Cons: The back bedroom has very noisy neighbours. We struggled with the Greek toilet system, but that is obviously not an issue restricted to this apartment. Would have appreciated extra hand towels, a tea towel, a few more teas, coffee and sugar. We could not get microwave to work, host offered to look into this but this was difficult for us to organise. Outdoor table is wobbly.

Pros: Spacious, four bathrooms, separate air con, everything worked.

Cons: More kitchen utensils required, pans and long knives.

Pros: Our host, Chris, in Athens was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and responsive. Whatever we requested, he was quick to approve, making our stay all the more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his kindness and attention to detail!! Thank you so much

Wonderful stay in the heart of Athens. Would use again

Pros: Spacious apartment, much more luxurious than the photos show. Walkable t wonderful restaurants and bars. Large and comfortable beds

Cons: Had an issue with hot water one morning. There’s a fuse box which needed the heater turned on for showers. Quickly resolved

Spacious property in great location

Pros: Great property, very spacious and plenty of toilets for a big family! The balcony was great and the beds were super comfy. TVs were modern/smart and the apartment in general was a great location.

Great apartment in nice location in Athens, would stay again

Pros: Great location, clean and comfortable property. Had a lovely stay at the apartment, clear instructions and communication from the host for checking in.

Cons: Had to wait for hot water to heat up and couldn’t use air con at the same time

Pros: A very nice apartment, located in the center. You can reach all the places to visit on foot, only if you visit Piraeus or the beach you need means of transport. A generous living room, a very well equipped kitchen, all rooms had their own bathroom (3 in number) and in addition there was a service bathroom attached to the living room. The wonderful terrace of the apartment with the sofa area, with a table and chairs...superb. There was a small park right in front of the block, and there were some nice terraces in the area. I haven't tried them.

Cons: Unfortunately, as gorgeous as the terrace was, because of the traffic, which you wouldn't have expected on such a small street, you couldn't really sit in the balcony too comfortably.

Very reccomended

Pros: The apartment is beautifully renovated, very comfortable' and in a great location in Kolonaki. The showers needed to be a bit cleaner, no place to hang towels in main bathroom.

Cons: no dishwasher soap was provided.
