Newly Renovated Apt in Kolonaki

Pros: Good size studio in the heart of Kolonaki. The host was very responsive and the room was clean!

Pros: The apartment was really cozy and we were very kindly introduced to Athens with a lot of passion. While the location of the apartment is really good(we walked from the apartment to Acropolis without much issue), however I do not recommend those with huge luggages to stay here unless you will be calling a taxi to and from the airport and the apartment. For context, it is up a pretty steep hill with 2 separate flights of stairs that are required of you to lug your luggage up. We ended up calling a taxi to the airport when we checked out as it was extremely tedious to carry the luggages up and down the hill. Otherwise, the location, facilities and amenities were pretty good. Thank you

Good location (if a bit of a climb from the main streets). Would probably look for something cheaper

Pros: Minto was very friendly and helpful; also flexible re my earlier-than-expected arrival. And provided lots of useful recommendations. Very clean and pleasant. Nice to have fresh water in the refrigerator. the foyer and stairs in the building are impressive.

Cons: Unexpected from the high-level location and standard: the wall next to the bed was paper-thin. I could hear everything that went on next door. Problems with keeping heating at appropriate level (although Minto did explain this to me). And in general an unfortunate need to refrain from putting toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Regarding the bed: needs firmer mattress which doesn't allow one to feel the springs.

Close to everything you need

Pros: Nice studio apartment with everything you need. The host was very nice and gave us lots of information about how to spend our time in the city. Very convenient location for exploring Athens and close to plenty of nice restaurants and grocery stores.

Short but very enjoyable stay

Pros: Location is fantastic, everything is clean and it’s a quiet apartment block. Also looks like the pictures

Cons: The shower head is broken so the shower has to be held up, a little bit tricky when you’re 6ft2 and the mattress is a little bit soft but that’s it.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Air conditioned. Nice and quiet at night. Very peaceful.

Cons: Solar hot water system within the building did not function properly - even with additional water heater on water was not hot enough. Thankfully it was very hot outside. Value for money - my friends travelling with me stayed on the same street but booked from a different country. Their apartment was 4 times the size, with lots of facilities available to them at a much cheaper rate per day. TV coaxial cable was damaged at connection and signal kept dropping out. There was no small knife available to chop vegetables - only meat cleaver and bread knife. Addition of dishwasher would have been welcome, but may not be possible due to small size of the apartment. Fridge seemed to be a bit noisy at night.

Pros: I think, this is the best neighborhood in Athens near the center of city:very quite, clean, many trees. The flat is very nice 10/10.

Cons: Go uphill to the apartment, but it is not bad, from hill open nice views.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable bed, luxury area, great host. There is everything you would need during vacation. Recommended.

Pros: I liked the space. The bed and the pillows are comfy. It is quiet.

Cons: It's very humid and it's up a hill which we had to climb every day.
