Excellent location, perfect stay
Pros: Excellent location, on the first floor, just a few minutes from the metro and tram stop, with several bakeries and shops nearby, and Lidl just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment faces the courtyard, very quiet. Occasionally, you can hear some noise from the neighbors, but this cannot be blamed on the apartment owners. Clean, hot water, washmaschine, great bed, big fridge... everything you need.
Cons: Dust on some accessories and light fixtures… but it did not affect the quality of the accommodation.

Pros: Quiet locality, but close to the historical centre, even in walking distance, or using metro / tram near the accomodation. There is a shop and restaurant across the street, others nearby. Very nice, kind and fast communication with the owner in case of any problem. Comfortable flat.
Cons: Probably the absence of the microwave oven, but it is a negligible detail.

Fantastic location and beautiful apartment
Pros: The property is beautiful and comfortable, it’s a bed room with open plan living room with comfortable sofa bed and another sofa. The location is fantastic with many shops , including Lidl and restaurants
Cons: No microwave…. The property could do without coffee machine and replaced with a microwave. This is just a recommendation and doesn’t take away from the fantastic service by the property management

An excellent choice quite close to the Acropolis
Pros: Recently renovated apartment in the close proximity of the Neos Kosmos subway station. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything that you may need during your stay. Air conditioning is in both rooms and works very well. The building and the surrounding area are quiet. The owner is a very kind and attentive person. They were very accommodating and helpful with our requests. Instructions on how to access and use the apartment are extremely clear.

Cosy apartment for discover Athens City center.
Pros: This house is very close to Neos Kosmos metro station. You can reach anyplace in Athens by using metro lines easily. Also you can walk to Acropolis museum in 15 minutes. There are some markets nearby like lidl. Total area of apartment is quite big enough. Internet connection is stable. All furniture is new. There are refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and iron table, filter coffee machine, cartridge coffee machine, instant water heater. King size bed is also comfortable. Non smoking apartment.
Cons: The apartment doesn't have enough natural daylight in all area. But it is still has some daylight. Bedroom has good daylight. Living-dining room has some daylight. The good one is, bathroom has some daylight.

Pros: Elérhető volt a tulaj. Ha kérdésünk volt, azonnal válaszolt, segítőkészen. Szuper helyen van, metro-busz közel van, bolt a sarkon. 2 kisgyerek (2es 4 évesek) és mi szülők voltunk a szallason, tökéletes volt 4 napra, de akár többire is elég lett volna, mert nagyon, a nappali,ahol a gyerekek aludtak, bőven elfertünk. A konyhában minden van, kapszula is a kávégephez és q mosógephez is. Tényleg mindennel fel volt szerelve, semminek nem éreztük a hiányát, abszolút tökéletes volt a szállás. 1. emeleti, de van lift, így akár még oda is lehetett lifttel menni. A szállás nemcsak tiszta, de szép is,modern bútorokkal felszerelt. Könnyen megtaláltuk, a bejutás is könnyű volt. Alkalmanként hallani a szomszédokat és a liftet, de minket egyáltalán nem zavart, pedig családi házban lakunk, nincsenek falszomszédjaink, tehát nem vagyunk hozzászokva az ilyen zajokhoz. A légkondival tökéletesen lehetett fűteni.
Cons: A mikro kicsit hiányzott, de nélküle is megoldható az ételek melegítése, úgyhogy nem mondhatnám negatívumnak. Ami kevésbé tetszett, hogy a tűzhely érintős bekapcsolója nagyon nehezen érzékelte, hogy be-kikapcsoltam. De ez is elhanyagolható, nem vesze le a szállás értékéből.
