Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay again. Five stars from us.

Pros: We had a really enjoyable stay at this apartment. The host was excellent throughout. He arrived on time to let us in, was very polite, and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out because our flight wasn’t until later in the day. That made a big difference and was genuinely appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen facilities were very handy, the shower was lovely with plenty of hot water, and everything we needed for a short stay was there. It’s also extremely central, with cafés and shops just outside the door. The area is lively, as you’d expect in the heart of the city, which is a positive if you enjoy being close to everything. Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay again. Five stars from us.

Cons: We liked everything and these are just suggestions: Wi-Fi could be improved slightly, but it wasn’t a major issue as mobile signal in the area is strong. For anyone planning to work, a dedicated desk would help, but for a holiday or relaxed city break it’s ideal.

Pros: Had a lot of space, and everything in the apartment was in great condition. Was positioned very well in the middle of Athens. The employees were very nice Complete apartment, you can cook, wash your own clothes, great for solo as me and for couples or friends.

Cons: It is an hassel to park, but from what I could gather, that is general in Athens.

Pros: Perfect place for my business stay in Athens. Warm host, well-renovated, and good location. After checking the previous reviews, I was worried about the noise at night. I brought earplugs for sleep but I did not use them. There was some noise but no music. Mainly people were chatting at the restaurants down below and I could not hear anything clearly just hear some sounds. I'm not sensitive to sleep. These were white noise to me, and I still slept very nice and soundly at night.

Cons: Nothing.

Great location, beautiful place.

Pros: It was a great stay at these places, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby—a few blocks from the metro station or bus. The home was exactly like in the pictures, clean, comfy, spacious and cosy.

Cons: Wifi was slow and dropping all the time.

good stay with night life

Pros: The staff is very helpful and friendly, we arrived Athens in the day of national strike, we didnt know about it before and we waited a long time for the train ended up taking the bus. But the staff was so nice and wait for us, answering us questions, but sadly we couldn't get to the place before midnight so they had to leave the office (which is totally understandable), but they left the key at a hotel reception which is close to the apartment, and the staff kept answering us question about how to open the door and stuff even after their working hour which we appreciate a lot. the apartment is very big, bed is very big and comfortable there are a lot of bar and restaurant downstair that open until 2am so very easy to get food and drink.

Cons: it is a bit noisy since the bar open until 2am, if you want a very quite night, it is not the best. but I think it is still ok for me. having a earplug would be nicer

Great stay!

Pros: Bill & John were very hospitable and always available. Perfect location and tastefully decorated apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely come again. The apartment is highly recommended.

Cons: Maybe a little too noisy at night because of the many nice cafes and restaurants on the pedestrian street.

Pros: Πολυ βολική τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα με πολλές ανέσεις. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολυ εξυπηρετικος και πρόθυμος.

Pros: הדירה נמצאת בשכונה הכי מדליקה באתונה, קרובה למסעדות, ברים ולכל האטרקציות של אתונה. דירה משופצת, נעימה, נקייה ומרווחת.

Barri de Koykaky

Pros: Apartament espectacular, amb una relació qualitat preu excepcional. Molt bon tracte en la persona que ens ha ensenyat l'apartament, i comunicació molt correcte amb el Staff.. Barri de Koykaki, en un carrer amb molt ambient sobretot de gent local, però no sé sent soroll a dintre.
