Great stay in a lively neighborhood

Pros: Excellent location and apartment! We happened to book this property by chance and did not realize how close we were to great restaurants, nightlife, and landmarks. The rooms get plenty of natural light and the place has a cute little balcony. The building has its own old-school charm but the apartment itself was rather modern. Great value.

Pros: All was perfect , good host , the apartment located on the 2nd floor. The lift in a bit old , we have used the stairs A few things in the apt weren't working , but it was fixed by the owner Very close to merto Thisio and Monasteraki , close to more attractive tourists restaurants. For a short stay it's a nice area.

Cons: The building from ourside, it's lookes a bit scarry ) But this is norm for Athens.

Pros: I loved that place! Such a beautiful apartment in the heart of Athens, very quiet and very close to metro station Monastiraki and Ermou street. The place was so clean and cozy, the host was very gentle and we had an easy and great communication. I would strongly recommend it for more travellers too, even for a family! Thank you Dimitris!

Comfortable apartment, well located, nice views from balcony, responsive and helpful host.

Pros: Nice views from the balcony. Great location. Noise insulation is pretty effective especially considering its central Athens location. Generally very comfortable apartment. Very helpful host.

Cons: Minor improvement regarding clothing storage, perhaps a small compact shelving unit?

Cons: Shower tube was leaking water near the head when on. A fixture to mount the shower on the wall for hands free would be helpful also

We felt very safe and had a great time.

Pros: The location was perfect! There’s a lot to do within walking distance and the neighborhood is very lively. Our host was very friendly and met us at the door. The apartment is clean and more spacious than we were expecting. The balcony has a nice street view.

Cons: We couldn’t get the wifi to work, but we didn’t try very hard. I’m sure if we asked the host, he would have helped us figure it out.

Pros: L'emplacement Top ! Légèrement bruyant le Soir forcément au vue de l emplacement car Athènes est une ville qui bouge. Mais vraiment appréciable par la proximité . Je vous le recommande. Le personnel est tres sympathique également

Cons: L appartement est Top mais si j avais un Point négatif à mettre... Manque de vaisselle ex : verres, assiettes, couverts etc.. vraiment trop léger pour 3 personnes ( strict minimum) Oublie de mettre des torchons pour la vaisselle . Attention Pas de micro-ondes ni de four. C'est des points négatifs qui sont vraiment facile à corriger ...la perfection n est pas très loin !

Pros: Posizione centrale comodissima con tutti i luoghi da visitare. Ristoranti, bar e negozi vicinissimi. Fermata metropolitana e stazione taxi nelle immediate vicinanze.

Cons: Lo stabile, nelle parti comuni, non è bello. L'appartamento è risultato essere un pò rumoroso visto che è collocato all'inizio della zona della vita notturna.
