Ippodamou Elegant apartment in Pangrati

Great stay!

Pros: Spacious accommodation! Very nicely decorated interior. Easy check in. Walking distance from city centre!

Cons: You can’t have a shower without the water coming out the bathroom.

Pros: This flat is amazing! The location is great, we did everything by foot, the neighbourhood is safe and has a few restaurants, one amazing bakery and places for brunch in the morning. Very convenient flat, huge space all new and modern even better that in the pictures. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again there. Also fluid communication. A 10 to us!

Pros: A quiet place, good sleep, except some sounds were coming through a ventilation shaft from the bathroom. I would consider it a normal sound level and noises with regard to the age of the building and the fact that it is an apartment block, you just sometimes hear the neighbours, running water etc. which can be annoying, but it was fine in the end. No noises from the streets. Well equipped and a nice apartment overall. Proximity of all necessary services and shops, good connection to the not so reliable public transportation, metro station is about 12 minutes downhill.

Cons: There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tabs - there were however tabs for the washing machine next to the dishwasher, so we mistakenly used them for the dishwasher. The staff was less helpful, when we addressed it, did not apologise nor suggested any solution, and stated that dishwasher tabs are not included 🫢😃 and everyone shall buy a pack or bring their own. But why then not write it in the description (similarly to toiletries) and yet they provided washing machine tabs. Something seemed not much sincere there. We also asked for change of towels (it was a heatwave and we showered a lot) after 3 days but they delivered them on day 5 afternoon before we were leaving, also with some not very pro-customer excuses.

Lovely apartment with good value

Pros: The apartment is located about a 10-minute walk from the Evangelismos metro station. Although I didn't meet Evelina in person, we communicated without any issues via chat, and I found everything exactly as described. As I had to go to Athens for business, the location was excellent for me. I could reach the office in a 5-minute walk. The apartment is quiet and features a living room and a dining area, as well as a new, well-equipped kitchen (ideal for self-catering), a large bedroom (for 2 people), and a modern bathroom. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Parliament (Syntagma Square). The botanical garden is just around the corner. I would book this apartment again immediately and highly recommend it.

Cons: Initially, I didn't understand how to switch on the hot water (you have to turn on three circuit breakers), but that was simply my mistake. Perhaps a clearer instruction could be provided to future guests beforehand. But actually, it's quite self-explanatory.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!
