Arditos Hill Residence

Great location , accommodation. Loved Athens.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, had everything you could possibly need honestly home from home. It wasn’t right in the centre but once we got our way around it was a 15minute walk into the buzz of it all. We loved our Athens trip. The location was also lovely. Would definitely recommend. 😁

Cons: Not much really at all. Was a little dark as you have to go down some stairs to the apartment but the lighting was excellent.

Very pleasant and great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The room was exactly as in the pictures; in fact the pictures did not do it justice. Beds were comfortable which was welcomed after some previous accommodation. I didn't realise we had two separate bathrooms although I am sure it was in the ad but that was a lovely surprise. The host was great, she met us there to give us the keys and general rundown of the apartment, surrounding places (restaurants, supermarket, attractions etc), gave us her personal phone number in case we needed anything at all. She was wonderful. I was pleased to see some cooking facilities, and a washing machine; that made our stay a lot easier. There was even body wash and other shower amenities provided which was nice as I had run out and was planning to buy some.

Cons: Nothing to fault

Pros: The apartment is tastefully furnished and is an extremely pleasant place. It has everything you need and is very spacious. The location is good. The landlady even provided us with her own room for greater comfort, as well as a garage. We highly recommend and would visit again.

Pros: Marina is the most lovely host, she welcomed us and showed us around the appartment. The appartment is beautiful decorated, big and spacious with all the luxury and facilities you could need (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining and living area) and all new. Near the Olympic Stadion in a nice area. We will go back next time we will visit Athens. Thanks Marina for everything, you made our stay in Athens fantastic. KR Aafke

Alojamiento excepcional

Pros: El alojamiento es excelente. Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y en un área con restaurantes, muy agradable. El alojamiento cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades de alta calidad, y es muy espacioso. Lo recomiendo a quienes prefieran un apartamento a una habitación de hotel.

Pros: Superó mis expectativas. Un apartamento muy bonito, bien equipado y decorado con mucho gusto. La anfitriona no pudo ser más amable, un 10. Lo recomiendo.

Geweldig apartement bij een zeer vriendelijke host

Pros: vanaf het allereerste begin na het boeken was er een heel prettig contact met de host, over aankomsttijd en duidelijke instructie mbt de sleutel. De accommodatie overtrof onze verwachtingen, was ruim, schoon en een aangename sfeer. de koffiecups een aardige geste. De locatie is perfect, alles op ongeveer 10-15 minuten loopafstand. Leuke restaurantjes en bars in de buurt. 1 klein puntje: het is wat gehorig, waardoor omgevingsgeluiden hoorbaar (maar voor ons niet storend. De prijs kwaliteit is heel goed! Ik kom graag nog eens terug!

Cons: Echt niets

Pros: Precioso apartamento decorado con un gusto exquisito y situado cerca del centro, a 20 minutos andando de la Acrópolis. Zona muy tranquila. Anfitriona muy agradable.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto curato, super accessoriato e pulito. Trovandosi al piano terra (parzialmente seminterrato) può risultare un po' buio ma è anche fresco. La posizione è un po' decentrata (servono circa 20-25 a piedi per arrivare nelle zone più centrali) ma in un quartiere molto tranquillo. A pochissimi passi dall'appartamento c'è piazza Varnava, un luogo molto piacevole e autentico, al di fuori dall'affollamento turistico, dove si può mangiare e bere e dove c'è anche un piccolo supermercato. In più, Marina è una host veramente gentile.

Un havre de paix au cœur d'Athènes !
