Kolonaki Chic Haven - A Downtown Retreat

Pros: A beautiful apartment in a quite part of the city, walking distance from cafes and shops. The apartment came with everything we needed

Cons: The wifi wasn't ideal and pretty weak.

With really loved Athens and our accommodation made it even better.

Pros: Excellent location in beautiful tree lined street. Not a touristy area. Safe and secure building with large and very comfortable rooms and facilities. Last minute booking due to electricity issues with our previous accommodation. Same price. So glad it happened as we definitely lucked out. We walked everywhere. Many good eating places very close where locals frequented so great traditional food. Would highly recommend this property.

Cons: Stairs may be an issue if elderly but I coped at 66.

Amazing apartment

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Athens! It’s incredibly spacious, with comfortable living areas, a large kitchen, and generous bathrooms – perfect for big families. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Kolonaki, just steps away from great restaurants, charming cafés, and everything you need. A wonderful place to relax and feel at home while exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only downside is that the apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator, which means climbing about 60 steps – a bit challenging when carrying luggage. But once you’re inside, the place truly makes up for it. Highly recommended!

Pros: La taille de l’appartement La décoration Le confort de la literie Et le fait qu’il y ait 2 salles de bain

Cons: Absence d’accueil (boîte à clé) mais habituel Et l’escalier en colimaçon, pas très pratique si on a des valises !

Pros: הדירה יפייפיה, במיקום מצוין, איזור שקט ויפה אך קרוב להכל ועם בתי קפה ומסעדות במרחק קצר. הדירה מרווחת מאד, היינו 6 וזה היה מצוין. היא מאובזרת היטב , אסתטית ונקיה.

Pros: דירה גדולה מאוד משופצת, שני חדרי מקלחת ושירותים, נמצאת במיקום טוב מאוד

Cons: הדירה בקומה שלישית ללא מעלית, אחרי יום שלם של טיול ברחבי העיר לא מתחשק לעלות עוד מדרגות… כדאי להוסיף רשתות לחלונות, יש יתושים בחוץ

Pros: נהינו מאד מהשהות בדירה. הדירה מרווחת, נראית כמו בתמונות. מעוצבת ומשרה אוירה נעימה, נקיה, מוקפדת ומאובזרת. השכונה נעימה ושקטה, מרחק הליכה של כרבע שעה מכיכר סינטגמה.

Cons: המדרגות תלולות והעליה עם המזוודות מאתגרת. אין נוף.

Pros: Άριστη τοποθεσία στο Κολωνάκι, κοντά σε όλα με τα πόδια, ήσυχη γειτονιά, μεγάλο διαμέρισμα με άνετους χώρους, καθαρό και λειτουργικό, άνετα κρεβάτια με υπέροχα παπλώματα και μαξιλάρια, μεγάλη κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα, δύο μεγάλα μπάνια. Άνετο check in και check out χωρίς επαφή με τον ιδιοκτήτη.Μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα για check in νωρίτερα.

Cons: Οι σκάλες μέχρι τον δεύτερο όροφο είναι πρόβλημα για την μεταφορά μεγάλων αποσκευών και για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα. Επίσης, λεπτομέρεια μη χρηστική, η καθαριότητα στις σκάλες ελλιπής.

Totally excellent if not the upstairs to the apartment

Pros: The house is great, big and spacious with all the equipment for the kitchen, excellent beds, good pillows and an excellent air conditioner

Cons: Going up to the apartment a lot of stairs is not easy
