Frinichou 18 by Athens Concept Residences

Great location, well equpped appartment.

Pros: Fairly large comfortable appartment- fully equiped kitchen, dining area, bedroom, seprate loungle area. Fabulous location close to bottom entrance to Acropolis

Cons: Having air-con was a bonus although it was set that it could not go below a certain temperature and was not cool enough. Bathroom was adequate but very small- door opened onto toilet.

Pros: Excellent location and our apartment was tastefully set out. The owner was outstanding with communication and overall the stay was a very pleasant experience.

Pros: The apartment is centrally located close to the entrance to the Acropolis. The host, Nicos, was excellent and communicated very well with us. All the bathroom necessities and much more were provided. Will come back to Frinichou 18 if I visit Athens again.

An excellent short stay right in the heart of Athens.

Pros: Location is excellent! Apartment has a great layout for a short stay. Bathroom was well appointed with toiletry items. Despite being right in the center of Athens, the apartment was quiet in the evenings and it was easy to get a good night's sleep.

Cons: Bathroom is well appointed, but the door bangs into the toilet and doesn't fully open. This makes entering an exiting the bathroom a bit cumbersome. There is only a small fridge in the kitchen. For more than one person, or a longer stay, this could be limiting.

Excellent communication, very clean, perfect location excellent all round thank you stay again.

You can prefer the Athens Concept Residence for perfect location and cost-effective stay.

Pros: Location of the residence is perfect; it has 5 min. walking distance to Acropolice and the Museum Acropoli. Also it’s in the heart of Plaka where you can find nice Cafes& Cocktail bars. And it’s easy to reach from the AirPort or Port of Piraeus. The residence is clean and simple, in addition has an iron&ironing board as a nice point. Special thanks to Nikos for detailed instructions, which made our check-in/out easier.

Great location

Pros: Amazing location. We were hoping for the view of the acropolis from our balcony but the tall trees in front blocked the views. The shade was nice from the direct sun though. Walking distance to the acropolis

Cons: The small bathroom meant the door was hitting the toilet when you open the door.

Cool spacious apartment in an awesome location in Plaka

Pros: Great location, spacious apartment for 2 people, nice natural light and sound from the street.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The property was stunning – beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making us feel immediately at home and completely relaxed. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They were incredibly welcoming, provided great local recommendations, and were always available if we needed anything. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. The location was ideal – peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches. Waking up each morning to the sound of the sea and sipping coffee on the terrace was pure bliss. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely return on our next trip to Greece. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway!
