Small but perfectly formed modern apartment

Pros: Immaculate modern apartment, super clean with everything you need. Compact but perfect. Lovely big balcony on the 7th floor. Close to everything for easy access.

Pros: The location is very nice, the area is quiet, the restaurant on the street corner below is wonderful. Everything is within walking distance. Quite pretty, sunny, working ac, clean, no noise problems, no smell problems.

Cons: The stairwell has a peculiar smell to it, but not the apartment - the apartment was clean and fresh.
